The host cancelled our booking on the day of our arrival
This host s/b kicked out of your VRBO system for (1) confirming our stay on Jan 29, 2023 - and then cancelling our booking on the day of our arrival which was Feb 05, 2023. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodation for a lot of extra cost and personal hassle.

Almost left on the streets!
Showed up and someone else was in my room. Was then ‘given’ a room half the size and charged the same amount.
Place was small and had no room to work, was there on business.
Location was good and the room promised looked nice but I was stuffed into a small room half the size of the reserved room.
Not happy with how this all turned out!!
