Ce condo incroyablement nommé est à quelques pas de la plage !. Les photos racontent l'histoire - nous pouvons vous garantir que vous ne serez pas déçu !!
Notre bijou sur la mer est une belle résidence d'une chambre, 2 salles de bain complètes, parfaite pour les couples romantiques ou les petites familles. Un canapé-lit dans le salon principal permet à la résidence d'accueillir 4 visiteurs confortablement.

Les équipements abondent: fermée avec sécurité sur place 24 heures pour assurer votre sécurité; Parking souterrain sécurisé pour garder votre véhicule en sécurité; L'ascenseur jusqu'à la résidence garantit que le sac ne traîne pas longtemps; Cuisine spectaculaire avec armoires en bois dur, comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris lave-vaisselle, four complet et micro-ondes. La cuisine est livrée avec une gamme complète d'instruments de salle à manger et de cuisine: assiettes, couverts, grille-pain, cafetière et, bien sûr, un mixeur. La chambre principale a un lit King California super doux - parfait pour nos grands invités - avec salle de bain complète attenante. La résidence comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse, des draps et des serviettes, un placard spacieux, des ventilateurs de plafond, un WIFi ultra-rapide et une télévision par Internet.

La résidence est joliment meublée et dispose d'un grand balcon pour vous permettre de regarder le soleil se coucher après une journée sur la plage.
La résidence est située dans le complexe Rainbow Beach Club. Rainbow Beach Club, avec ses trois piscines, donne sur la spectaculaire plage de Cupecoy et dispose d'un escalier en colimaçon emblématique jusqu'à une plage très privée avec sa propre grotte peu profonde! La plage à couper le souffle de Mullet Bay est à deux pas.

À proximité des attractions (certaines attractions ont été endommagées lors du récent ouragan et sont en réparation): Starz Casino, 3 minutes à pied; 5 restaurants à moins de 3 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée de la propriété! Un café avec du café le matin et des croissants frais et des pâtisseries se trouve à 3 minutes à pied; Épicerie à seulement 3 minutes à pied! A 5 minutes en voiture de la communauté de restaurants de Maho et à 7 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport Princess Julianna où vous atterrirez probablement! La résidence est située du côté néerlandais, mais à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de la frontière côté français.

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was exceptionally clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Ted was a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and very accommodating throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the beach chairs, as well as the beautiful balcony. The location was also a highlight, with a short and easy walk to Mullet Bay and the private beach at Rainbow. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We found the unit very well equipped and comfortable. We are not beach people so only used the pools, thus no sand trekked in!! The bed was super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. With no car we were able to walk to nearby grocery stores. The owners were easy to contact for one problem that was solved immediately. Relaxing stay for sure.

A wonderful spot for a relaxed vacation

My husband and I had one of our most relaxed and enjoyable vacations in this lovely spot. Our condo was quiet and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Our host provided us with lots of useful information about restaurants, beaches and other sightseeing opportunities. This was our first visit to this very friendly and picturesque island and we'll be back!

Terrific Place to Stay

Beautifully maintained unit in a great location on the island with beaches, golfcourse, grocery stores and good restaurants. The place was spotless when we arrived. Nice ocean sunset view.Ted, the host was very responsive to all questions/issues.We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our week staying at Ted's place in Cupecoy. The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. Ted was responsive when we had questions. The balcony is a great space for relaxing. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs as well.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Very homey and comfortable. The owners were most responsive to an arrival snafu and very pleasant to work with. We will definitely return again in the future. The people of SXM continue to pursue in spite of the on-going restoration of the island. Great visit!

One of the best resort we have visited. The owner, Ted, was really helpful and friendly. He provided us with precious recommendations. Beautiful Sint Maarten location & condo!

This condo is wonderful. Walking close to markets, beaches, resturants. Ted. The host, is so informative, clear, and helpful, he takes the work out of the vacation, so you can enjoy it. 2 of the pools overlook the beach/ocean. Parking garage is awesome. Nice spaces. Covered. We will return. Many times, we hope! happens to rain.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was easy to get to, up the elevator and when you step out there it is. It is located in a gated community, so it was very safe. We did have an issue with the TV, but it was taken care quickly. We tried all three pools and went down to the small beach that you access from the complex. There are some restaurants and two grocery stores a short walk away. The bed is extremely comfortable and large (California King). It is very high to get in and out of. The showers were both nice and there was hot water all the time. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and after dinner. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to cook while you are there. We went out for dinner and had breakfast and lunch at the condo. This was our first time not staying at an all inclusive and we are very glad we did!. I am not sure the living room would be dark enough for someone to sleep in because of the lights on in the complex and the sun rise.

Sanctuary

We stayed at TW3 rainbow beach club..every morning we would sit on balcony having our coffee and it was like a bird sanctuary. Views of the water and beautiful rainbows 🌈 after a rainfall. A short walk to the beach and beautiful pools. Did I mention the views at the pools..wow! All in all a great 3 weeks meeting some of the nicest people who live there. The security staff was top notch! We would definitely stay there again.

Rainbow Beach Club

Great stay except that internet tv is frustrating with constant buffering delays. Bed was great and overall unit was quite comfortable and as advertised. Pools were enjoyable and could not beat the location.

Review

Check in process was fine. Location of property is ok. The biggest drawback is the noise coming from work being done on the property and it looks like it will proceed for a while and it’s difficult to use outside balcony because of noise and constant dust. Amenities inside the apartment are fine. Overall experience is good.
