Brand new renovation! Prime location beachfront on Seven Mile Beach adjacent to the Kimpton Seafire Resort; walking distance to its restaurants and beachfront bar. Deep sandy white beach with lots of privacy as an end unit townhouse, with the convenience of being 5 min walk down to the beach for resort amenities. Unit was completed redesigned by local luxury market interior designer and fully renovated from the outside in. Custom kitchen with quartz countertops, luxurious en-suite bathrooms and vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms. Attention to detail throughout. Washer/dryer on upper bedroom level and personal BBQ on patio. Enjoy the gorgeous beach sunsets every night from your pristine end unit townhome on the beach. Unique condo with beachfront walkout on Seven Mile Beach.

Bathroom, full kitchen, dining, living room and private patio with lounge chairs & BBQ on main floor. Walkout to beach with private 6-person dining set and communal loungers and umbrellas on the beach. Upstairs: vaulted ceilings in the two separate bedrooms with luxurious ensuite bathrooms and washer/dryer.

The condo is right on the beach offering a breathtaking view. Great design and spotless tidiness is a winning combination. It is a very quiet area of Seven Miles Beach. Kimpton Seafire resort & spa is a five minutes walk away (convenient for restaurants and bars). The owner was responsive and efficient. We had a wonderful relaxing five days at this condo. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Excellent condo in a nice quiet location with a beautiful beach. Easy water access with no rocks,. Condo in excellent shape, super clean well supplied. Very quiet. Good location. Walkable to the Kimpton Seafire which is great. Will return.

Perfect, Clean Location!

This property is unique given its grass lawn right off the patio, and its shared beach with a few other units, and neither space is crowded at all. Its your own quiet piece of paradise, and in a great location on the island!

Exceeded our Expectations

The pictures look amazing and the beach appeared private. We were nervous about 1) it being too good to be true and 2) having our family of 5 staying in one condo compared to a hotel/resort with 2 bedrooms. Well...we loved our stay here! The beach really is quiet and relaxing. The location was great as everything was a quick drive for us. We walked over to the Seafire for lunch a few times. We enjoyed being together as a family. All the neighbors were friendly and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

Our first choice

The Caymans are one of our favorite vacation destinations and we’ve been quite a few times. This has become our favorite place to stay; it’s perfect. The beach here is spectacular and only steps away from the house. The condo is spotless, well furnished and extremely comfortable. The host is responsive and attentive. This is definitely a first choice

Quiet, Lovely Townhome

Wonderful stay on a quiet section of 7 Mile Beach. The unit is well equipped and very nicely furnished. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade bed sheets and pillows otherwise highly recommend a stay at this lovely townhouse. We had no reason to contact property manager so disregard that particular rating

Beautiful beach property, perfectly renovated.

We loved our stay on this quiet stretch on 7 mile beach. The views were gorgeous and the place was pristine. Owner was both responsive and helpful (thank you!) and we had a wonderful week.

Perfect location

There weren’t many reviews for this property when we booked and that was because everything is nice and new. Right on the beach in a very private area. You won’t be disappointed in this property. All the amenities are top notch. Much rather be on on this area of the beach than down there with all the crowds.

AMAZING Seven Mile Beach property!!!!

This property is an absolute HIDDEN GEM on Seven Mile Beach. We have been traveling to Grand Cayman for 20+ years and have stayed at condos all along Seven Mile Beach. This property stands out for the location, beach, property and the condo finishing - all 'best in class'. Located on a pristine part of SMB, it is MUCH quieter than further south in the heart of all the tourist activity but only a 5 minute walk to the Seafire if you want to go for dinner or a drink. The condo itself is amazing - recently renovated and absolutely perfect inside. The description of "Luxury Designer Condo" is spot on - you won't be disappointed. The property manager is also VERY responsive, friendly and made us feel welcome! My only hesitation in posting this review is that I would love to keep it a secret ;) In all seriousness, the review is justified and couldn't be more deserving! It really is an AMAZING property.

WONDERFUL stay!

Wow! I can’t say enough about our stay hosted by Simplify Design. My fiancĂ© and I brought my parents to the Cayman Islands for Christmas (first time) and I would definitely go back and stay in the exact spot! Perfect location as you are located RIGHT on the beach, with magnificent sunsets every evening! You’re a 5 minute walk to Sea fire resort! I would recommend walking the street side not the beach side
 just depends on how long you’d like your walk to be! :) It’s also 5 minutes where the boats launch for stingray point and about 10-15 minutes from Georgetown (all the amazing restaurants and shops)! I rate this condo a 10/10 - absolutely beautiful, private and PERFECT location!
