Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Il y a des milliers de chambres d'hôtel et de condos, mais ce condo sur Seven Mile Beach est unique en son genre. Ceci est un condo parfait de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain pour les clients exigeants qui veulent le luxe d'un condo spacieux et entièrement rénové pour leur famille ou pour des vacances avec un autre couple. Payez-vous une chambre avec vue sur le jardin ou sur le parking? Les vues sur la mer des Caraïbes, la piscine, le bain à remous et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires depuis notre balcon rendent ce condo spécial. Il est situé au centre du complexe et à distance de marche de Georgetown et de Camana Bay avec de fabuleux restaurants le long de West Bay Road. Ceci est un condo et un emplacement parfait pour votre location de vacances!
Lorsque vous entrez dans ce condo récemment rénové, vous obtenez une vue sur la mer des Caraïbes et les piscines. Les propriétaires sont tombés amoureux de ce condo au deuxième étage avec vue sur l'océan / piscine avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains.
Beau balcon pour regarder les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. À quelques pas de la piscine avec cascade, pataugeoire, bain à remous. En fait, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le balcon et parler avec les membres de votre famille pendant qu'ils sont dans la piscine ou le bain à remous.
Les deux salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec une nouvelle baignoire Kohler et une douche à l'italienne de plus grande taille. Plan de travail en quartz avec éviers doubles et vanité sur mesure. Le plancher de la chambre principale a été remplacé par une porte coulissante séparant la chambre de la salle de bain. La cuisine a de nouvelles armoires, de nouveaux appareils (réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, cuisinière, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle et comptoirs en granit), un mélangeur Cuisinart, Keurig, juste pour les jours où vous voulez cuisiner et manger. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans le condo.
Grande salle à manger avec salon. Meubles haut de gamme, matelas oh si confortables sur le roi, la reine et les lits jumeaux, deux téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteur Blu-ray / DVD et WiFi à fibre optique.

Staying at Sunset Cove is the best! The enclosed swimming cove is just great for the kids, and then just outside of it we saw turtles, and lots of fish. The pool is great, and the the swim up bar/restaurant is so fun. Close to Peppers, and XQs, a 5 min public bus ride to downtown Georgetown make it an excellent location.

We concur with you that the location of Sunset Cove is within walking distance to many great restaurants, Camana Bay. The swim up bar makes it feel like a resort but without guests having to pay a daily resort fee. Glad that the storms brought the sand back for beach walks north to the Marriott, Westin, etc. Thank you for choosing to stay at Sunset Cove!

My family of four had a great visit to Grand Cayman at Sunset Cove. Although it was spring break and I assume the condos were all full, we never felt that the pool or beach were crowded. The private beach was awesome. We loved the location in that it was easy to get to stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and out to our excursions. The condo was very clean comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch for coffee or dinner, with the ocean view.

Spring break and the holidays are times when occupancy rates are to the maximum at the hotels but at Sunset Cove where majority of the owners are at work, guests get to enjoy the pool, beach and swim up bar/restaurant without the crowds. Great location- Condo had every amenity. We enjoyed cooking meals but also there were plenty of restaurants to walk to. The beach was great and also enjoyed the pool, swim up bar and hot tub. I especially enjoyed the yoga studio that was in the plaza next door - ONE HEART.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove Resort! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and had no issues in accessing entry into our unit for our 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and extremely accommodating, with all of necessary supplies, including pool floats, snorkeling gear and beach/pool towels. The amenities of of the resort is extremely nice, especially the spacious pool, bar, restaurant and beach area. We spent a considerable amount of time at the designated beach area and private cove. This cove was a great snorkeling area where we saw lots of fish in and around the rock groins around the cove. The location of the condo is centrally located on Seven mile beach, with several nice restaurants within walking distance and Camana Bay shopping area is only a short taxi ride away. We also greatly appreciated the owners of the condo, as they were very friendly, quick to respond to questions, provided very detailed instructions on the condo and guidelines for exploring the island. This information was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay immensely and we plan to return in the near future, with the intentions to stay here.

Wonderful Stay!

Kheng’s property is perfect for a long weekend getaway! Close to everything, convenient pool and beach access, well-labelled condo and an excellent swim up pool bar to boot! This is our second time staying there and it’s where we intend to stay every time we visit Cayman if we can!

We enjoyed our time in this condo. It is a place where there is not a lot of tourist. It felt like it was a small community. With that being said, if you are looking to be catered to every moment of the day, this may not be the place for you. The adjacent buildings,”Old treasure island”is an abandoned building and looks a mess, which scared us at first. The good thing is, it looks as if the contractor is about to get started demolishing it and getting ready to rebuild. Communication with homeowner was amazing. They are very informative before and during our stay. We ate out every night, and there are not any 3-5 star restaurants in walking distance (.3-.5miles), Most of the restaurants close by are, bar like, atmospheres. Peppers was our favorite within walking distance. We took taxis to all the other restaurants (15-25 US dollars) each way. Casa Nova was by far out favorite restaurant. We took the public bus to Foster’s, the grocery store. It’s only 2.25 per person. We liked the Camana Bay Area where the shops and restaurants were. It was very clean and had new retail. The condo was very clean and supplied with just about everything that could be thought of. Everything is labeled and well organized. It’s not oceanfront, but has a great view of the ocean and pool area. Privacy on the back porch is limited, if there is a lot of morning activity. The beach area was not over crowded and no problems finding umbrellas. Couldn’t walk down the beach because the sand is too soft.

We appreciate your review of Sunset Cove and of our condo. Majority of the condos are owned by expatriates who live and work on the island. Hence, guests have the pool and beach to themselves when these professionals are at work. No need to wake up at 7 am to reserve a lounger on the beach or around the pool. Hyatt Centric Hotel will be constructing a new hotel at the former Margaritaville Hotel site. It is convenient to board the buses for dining or going around. We are in walking distance to many restaurants like you stated. Thank you for choosing to stay in our condo. We are pleased that you liked the extra touches that we have in our home away from home.

Great Place

This condo was a fantastic place to stay—clean, modern, and perfectly located. With many great restaurants within walking distance, dining options were endless. Kheng, the owner, was great at communicating with us, and if it’s your first stay on the island, she provides plenty of helpful information. Highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Fell in love with the fine white sandy beach, cove, and swimming pools at Sunset Cove. It offers a resort feel. Condo provides a family or two couples with the luxury a spacious condo. You will be treated by the comfort of a full kitchen, 2 renovated bathrooms and lovely furnishings. Great to be comfortable in home while away from home!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Snorkeling in the cove and beyond just steps away from the condo makes it fun. Swimming with schools of fish, lobster is part of everyday adventures in the cove. Toddlers can build sandcastles and swim either in toddler pool or in the ocean where the waves are kept to a minimum by the resort cove even on a rare windy day.
