❤️ The indoor pool is heated to a healthy and comfortable temperature. We have a wonderful pool technician to clean and monitor it before you check-in. However, at times, the pool can still feel chilly to some young children. Whenever that occurs, we always try to accommodate the request to increase the pool temperature by sending in our pool maintenance crew.

❤️ For parents with young children: The pool room has a keypad lock and alarm to keep them safe.

Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. The hosts are not liable for accidents or injuries. For your safety, please do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have any medical conditions that may pose a risk, we recommend consulting your physician prior to use.

📷 Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property protection only. Please do not touch, disable, or tamper with the cameras.

🧸 Wildlife Awareness
You may encounter local wildlife during your stay. Please do not feed or approach any animals. Bears are rarely seen, but may occasionally pass through the area. For everyone’s safety, all trash must be secured inside the bear-proof bin at all times. Leaving garbage outside may attract wildlife.

We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond the host’s control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for your peace of mind.

🚗 Road Access
The road to the cabin is fully paved. AWD vehicles are recommended but not required, depending on weather conditions.

✔ FOR NON-AIRBNB booking: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. The 3% from a nonrefundable processing fee from the bank processor. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.”
