On the first level you will find three bedrooms a laundry room with double stacked washers/dryers and two full baths. A versatile sunroom on the lower has a comfortable day bed and sectional seating to enjoy the view of the lovely new concrete patio with a wood burning fire pit, weber gas grill and outdoor dining (2 tables) with seating for 8. Central air, hardwoods throughout, private enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The garage houses 4 bikes, 2 beach carts, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler, corn hole, ping pong table, clip-on highchair and pack and play. Located minutes to great restaurants, Block Island Ferry and fresh seafood, this property has it ALL!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-20lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
