Retraite de plage privée sur 1 acres et vue sur l'océan!

La maison est situĂ©e dans la section Point Judith de Narragansett, sur la rive sud du Rhode Island, Ă  l'entrĂ©e des plages de la baie de Narragansett, de la pĂȘche, de la nature et des restaurants sont Ă  quelques minutes seulement.

Le troisiÚme étage de cette maison de trois niveaux a 180 degrés de vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique, une cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et réfrigérateur sous-zéro, grande terrasse en acajou avec barbecue à gaz qui surplombe le Point Judith Harbour of Refuge et une véranda adjacente. Il y a aussi une chambre (queen) avec salle de bain complÚte adjacente.

Une grande chambre des maßtres (reine) avec un coin salon met en évidence le deuxiÚme étage. La chambre des maßtres et la salle de bains ont une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Le grand bain maßtre dispose d'une baignoire profonde et d'une douche complÚte. Il y a aussi deux chambres spacieuses (queen) et une salle de bain complÚte à cet étage.

Le premier étage dispose d'un hall d'entrée accueillant, une chambre (reine), et une demi-salle de bain qui est partagée avec une buanderie.

Family beach vacation

Great Beach House

Fantastic views from this light-filled house. Comfortable bedrooms, multiple hangout spaces, fun lawn games, walk to beach. Kitchen has odd layout creating a bottleneck if anyone is working there. Otherwise our 8 family members gathered happily here.

Great family beach house

Plenty of room to spread out for two families (9 people total). The kitchen was well stocked with all manner of plates, cookware, glasses, etc. The deck was a great place for meals and relaxing with an expansive view. Easy walk to beach, house was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and beach toys (great for kids). Would absolutely return for another stay.

Love The Location

I bought my family for our annual trip to Narragansett. The house was perfectly located. Walking distance to the beach and a short walk down the beach to the jetty and views of Point Judith Lighthouse. It was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. It was also very quiet. Short car ride into town as well.

Wonderful beach house!

Our families had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was lovely and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, including great beach supplies and yard toys/games for the kids. The big yard was an added bonus, and the owners were very responsive and generous. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.

Family beach vacation

Great location, pretty house. Kitchen is on the third floor so bringing all the food upstairs is a work out. The kitchen floor is the only thing that needs work. Many of the tiles are broken. In all a good vacation home.

Brown Graduation and the Beach

We decided to celebrate our son's graduation from Brown with a mini-coastal vacation. It was a quick easy drive from Providence. The house was perfect for our entire family. Plenty of room to spread out. Gorgeous views of the ocean. The beach is a quick walk and was actually very nice (weather was a bit chilly but that is time of year.) Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious Narragansett Home

Although we had a very rainy weekend, there was plenty of space for our mother daughter weekend (URI college friends and moms) to hang out in the large living room and play games, and cook a big meal. 5 bedroom gave us the perfect amount of space. The host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed.

Fantastic!

This was the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in. Not only is the actual house itself fantastic, but it is so nicely decorated! I stayed here with my sister and a few friends to enjoy Memorial Day weekend! This was such an amazing stay I wish we can go back already! The host was very well organized and already answered any questions I may have had in a helpful binder they provided! Such a great experience!

Great stay by the water.

This property is great for family gatherings. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and living space. It has a functional (gas) fire place which gave it a nice touch of coziness and warmth. The views were really nice as well overlooking the water. If you are going in groups, definitely be the first to choose the master bedroom to sleep in, it was very spacious and best of all, the master bath has radiant floors! Definitely worth the value!

Family wedding weekend

Wonderful

What a comfortable lovely home. We had a cold, cloudy day and the living room was warm and cozy and we were able to play cards and games and be together comfortably and enjoy the time. Everyone enjoyed the home, the beds were cozy and towels were nice and bathrooms were sparkly and nice. Appliances were all new and kitchen had spices and other nice extras that most rentals don't have. I really hope we can come back; this was a treasure.
