Welcome to Alamo City Haven in the Lavaca historic neighborhood! Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Just a short walk from trendy Southtown, the Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, & more. Only a 4-min drive to the Alamodome! It's the perfect gathering place when you want to explore all Downtown S A has to offer. Easy jaunt on the highway to other attractions like Sea World, Six Flags, Natural Bridge Caverns, & the Hill Country! Enjoy SA!

You are welcome to text me anytime. I do my best to respond promptly to any questions or concerns.

Alamo City Haven is located in the historic Lavaca neighborhood just walking distance from trendy Southtown and the Riverwalk.

It's an easy walk or scooter ride to most of the downtown tourist attractions. Driving is an option as well.
Smoking only allowed outside. Please pick up after yourself.
No parties.
Quiet hours are from 10p - 7a according to city ordinance.

THE BEST!

We traveled in for TMEA and the trip was exhausting, being able to come back to this haven really made our trip much more enjoyable. It was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful place and location

The house is beautiful and in a great location for San Antonio Riverwalk and other attractions. Owners were great to work with easy to reach out and and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to San Antonio area.

Very convenient location and big space

I was very happy with the stay. Nice big space. We were only a party of 3 but more could have stayed without getting on each others nerves too much.

Just What We Needed

Four women attended the Women of Joy conference at the Henry B Gonzalez convention center. This house was the perfect location to stay. The beds and rooms were comfortable and spacious. We would rent this house again.

Outstanding Home!

The home was more than described. Location, comfort, was one our biggest concern for older adults, which met our criteria in the best way. Home was well equipped and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home!

River Walk

It is a little more than a mile to the River Walk. The weather was perfect and the walk is easy. The house itself is very good property. Clean and spacious. I would definately stay there again. Kitchen was well stocked and the pots and pans were in good shape.

We truly enjoy sharing our happy places with others, providing comfortable, unique spaces where people create memories to treasure for a lifetime!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with Alamo City Haven for several reasons. First, I love the layout of the house. It's perfect for gathering with friends and family. Lots of open spaces at the front of the house, both inside and out. I like that the bedrooms are at the back of the house so that those who want to rest can go to bed and not be disturbed by the activity at the front of the house. One of my favorite features is the French doors that open to the covered patio. San Antonio has such a beautiful climate most of the year and these doors allow guests to enjoy it fully. I also adore the covered patio and additional patio in the front of the house. We will be adding a privacy fence around the front patio soon and including a fire pit and chairs. We will also be building a deck in the back of the house to create yet another outdoor space for guests to enjoy!

Alamo City Haven is a wonderful place to hang out, but it's also very conveniently located near many popular attractions in San Antonio. The Alamodome is a quick 4 minute drive from the house. The Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, Hemisfair Park, and Southtown are all within 20 minutes walking distance. Awesome restaurants, bars, art, and music are waiting for you when you stay at Alamo City Haven.
