Welcome to Casa Rio! Spacious 3-bedroom retreat with 2 full bathrooms, terrace, BBQ area, balcony, and 2 designated parking spots.

Enjoy an open kitchen, cozy living room with TV, and an extra-large suite with walk-in closet. Fully equipped and perfect for groups.

Centrally located yet quiet. Walk to the River Walk, the Pearl, St. Mary’s Strip & SA Art Museum. Downtown, Tobin Center & the Alamo are less than a 5-min drive. Airport under 10.

Private 2nd-floor unit. No access to 1st floor.

THE PROPERTY:
The property features spacious, well-designed interiors with a comfortable and welcoming layout. You’ll arrive through a private side entrance, with the option to park two cars inside the property. Upon arrival, you’ll find a BBQ area, then head up one flight of stairs to the second floor, where the unit is located. At the entrance, there is a charming terrace.

Inside, the home features an open kitchen connected to a cozy living room, creating a bright and inviting space. This level includes two comfortable bedrooms, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and access to a front-facing balcony.

The extra-large master suite is located on the upper floor and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet for added comfort and privacy. It also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or studying.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire unit, located on the second floor. The first floor is not accessible to guests. Entry is through a separate side entrance, offering full privacy.

Upon arrival, guests may use on-site parking with two designated spots, then pass the outdoor BBQ area before heading up one flight of stairs to the unit.

The extra-large primary suite is located on the upper level and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet, offering added privacy and comfort.

Guests will receive a code for self check-in and may arrive anytime after the designated check-in time.

OTHER NOTES:
1. The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only.

2. On-site parking is available for two vehicles, with additional street parking nearby.

3. This is a non-smoking unit.

4. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

5. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet for the duration of the reservation.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Trinity University. The property was so close to the university and gave us so much flexibility as we were with family and we all got to hang out together! We also got to bring our fur baby so nice!! Communication was great and it was perfect for us !!

The host of this property was very communicative which made for an easy check in. The house is very close to the Pearl district within walking distance. The house seems to have been recently renovated and we loved it!

Great place! Absolutely lovely. Short walk over to The Pearl walking district. Casa Rio is just a delightful experience! From the host’s attentiveness to the very well appointed home, we loved our stay!The home is furnished well with comfortable seating, beds, and several beautiful outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our coffee on the upper deck in the morning. Our flight was delayed and we arrived well after midnight to a very well lit and welcoming space. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, but also hosted dinner at Casa Rio watching the FIFA games on the big screen in the home. We plan to return to Casa Rio on our future visits to San Antonio. Vitor, the host, was so welcoming and pleasant to work with. Can’t say enough about our experience here!! Five Stars for sure!

we drove from Southlake, we enjoyed the 3 large bedrooms and spending time in the comfortable living room. The space is uncluttered, has a large kitchen, large bathrooms. Nice window shades all around. It was quiet ( I heard the train in the distance faintly)If you have problem with steps, this is not a house for you, but everything else was perfect.
