Located in the desirable Burns Park neighborhood, this historic Tudor home is close to all Ann Arbor has to offer. It is walking distance to local coffee shops and eateries, minutes from downtown, and 1 mile to the Big House! The original details throughout the home have been lovingly maintained and add to its old world charm. The addition of a great room with cathedral ceilings is wonderful for gatherings and entertaining. A true gem of the property is the small gated courtyard which allows for enjoying the outdoors when weather allows, but is also beautiful to view from the great room. The kitchen is fully updated and is accented with a cozy breakfast nook. The upstairs bathrooms have been updated with heated floors. The home is equipped with smart technology for heating and lighting. Two off street parking spaces are available on location. Absolutely delightful stay! The house is ideal for spending time with friends and family. The sunken living room at the back of the house is dreamy and the location is quiet yet super convenient.

Perfect house!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this home, so obviously we’ve had a great experience both times. The house feels like a really great boutique hotel, and the owner is lovely to deal with for anything we need. We’ll be back!

Parents Weekend at Michigan

We celebrated our son's 22nd birthday over parents weekend. The house was the perfect location, size, etc. Tons of charm and very comfortable. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to come a day early to avoid a storm in the south. Highly recommend!

A perfect home!

I’ve lost count of how many times I have returned to this property, and if anything it just keeps getting better. I LOVE the host, she goes to great lengths to leave thoughtful things like a great gourmet bag of coffee, or amazing fresh baked goods to go with the coffee! The home feels like a really high end boutique hotel; you feel like you are the only person who has ever stayed there, yet it’s richly layered with great sheets, throws, a fully stocked cooks kitchen, etc. Communication is great, we love the quiet neighborhood (yet still close to all things U Mich). Can’t say enough good things!

Total Perfection

This house was so perfect, in every way, part of me wants to keep it a secret and not give it the amazing review that it deserves! The same way a great hotel makes you want to stay forever, uproot your life and just never leave-that’s not his house. The beds were amazing-the sheets and pillows and towels were the best. Everything was ready for a photo shoot! We actually spent Thanksgiving at this home and it had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you so much Audrey! Can’t wait to return! GO BLUE!

Very cute Ann Arbor property in burns park.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming home in Ann Arbor located in a peaceful neighborhood, and we cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had. The home was beautifully appointed, with careful attention to every detail, and was impressively well stocked with every amenity one could possibly need. From the comfortable furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was thoughtfully provided, adding a delightful touch to the overall stay. We were treated to gourmet coffee and delicious bread from Zingermans. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding host. Excellent communication with easy check-in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of a charming home, tranquil surroundings, and an exceptional host has left a lasting impression on us. We can confidently say that we will definitely be renting this home again in the future.
