Ranch maison propre et confortable sur le West Side, 10 min. marcher au stade du Michigan

Regarder le monde passer de la salle de séjour lumineux rempli de lumière, ou sortir de la porte et être à quelques minutes du stade et du centre-ville d'Ann Arbor. C'est l'endroit idéal pour les week-ends de football ou pour une visite en famille à Ann Arbor. La maison comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon avec grand écran TV / système de son. La salle familiale au sous-sol dispose d'une télévision grand écran supplémentaire. Les trois chambres ont une petite télévision. Deux chambres ont un lit queen. Une chambre a un lit double avec un lit gigogne supplémentaire qui sera mis en place par le propriétaire pour la 6ème personne. Le propriétaire fournira également deux matelas d'air jumeaux supplémentaires avec des draps / couvertures si demandé à l'avance. L'occupation maximale est de huit personnes. La maison est très propre avec des serviettes supplémentaires, des couvertures, etc. Une cour clôturée et un patio avec des équipements de grillades inclus pour les barbecues au gaz et au charbon de bois. Garage deux voitures attaché avec entrée dans la maison de breezeway vous permet de rester au sec les jours pluvieux ou enneigés. Deux places de stationnement supplémentaires disponibles dans l'allée.

This was the perfect stay for our family while we attended a concert at the Big House. Amazing balance of quaint older home with updates. Loved the simple checkout process as well. Wonderful hosts... highly recommend this place!

A great place to stay in Ann Arbor! And it may be even the best place since the hosts Mary and Josh are so gracious and communicative. My family loved staying here for the holiday week and found it even cozier in the snow. Big thank you to our hosts who even took care of snow maintenance while we were there! Wonderful stay and when we come back in the future we hope this home will be free.

Perfect location to stadium

Everything a family needs to have a great stay. Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of room to relax. Mary is so friendly, she happily showed us around and answered messages instantly. We were greeted with cookies and flowers. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in.

Great space

Friends and I stayed while in town for the marathon. It was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect space. The fireplace was amazing and it felt so cozy and welcoming.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this very comfortable home. Checkin was very easy and owner was very responsive and accommodating. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold nights. Home was very clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend!!

Michigan Football Weekend

Wonderful accommodations within walking distance to the campus and Stadium. Clean, comfortable and well stocked house...perfect for a tailgating weekend or visit to Ann Arbor. Highly recommend and plan on returning soon.

We could not have asked for a more perfect location, or place to stay! This house is fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need… very comfortable with multiple living spaces to hang out in which makes it perfect for multi-family and guests! We will be back for sure…!!

Perfect location

The house was ideal for our group. Four adults in town for the UW/UM game. The location is exceptional. Probably a ten minute walk from the stadium and about 15 minutes to town. The house was clean, well-equipped and very clean.

Great house for game weekends!

We stayed here with our adult sons while visiting our younger son at U Mich. It was spacious & clean with a central location close to the stadium. Mary had great communication as well. The house is very spacious, with comfy beds. The kitchen has every possible gadget/pot/pan as well as coffee, tea etc. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again!

While the location puts guests steps from downtown and the stadium, the house is in the gorgeous old west side neighborhood which makes for enchanting evening strolls. Eberwhite Woods provides a scenic natural diversion that is easily integrated into these walks. We are confident that our guests will come away from their stay in our home feeling like true Ann Arborites.
