4 BR Oasis pool house - BMT Lackland & SeaWorld

Our comfortable home & restful getaway is conveniently located on the NW side of San Antonio. 3 mi. to Sea World, 6 mi. to Lackland AFB , 15 mi. to the San Antonio Airport, The Pearl Brewery area, Downtown San Antonio Riverwalk, and The Alamo, 17 mi. to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, La Cantera Mall. Right off Hwy 151, convenient to shopping and restaurants. 20-90 min. to Floore's Country Store & Music Venue, various TX Hill Country areas, and hiking at Government Canyon and Enchanted Rock State Parks.
The space
Pool noodles and floats are provided.

There is a playscape with a slide for the little ones on the grass in the back yard.

All sheets and towels are cleaned after every stay.

The full kitchen has everything you may need including pots, pans, cups, mugs, plates, and many other common kitchen items. (Waffle maker, blender, griddle, and crock pot available.)

The living room has a 55" 4K LED Smart TV.

Every part of the property is available for use other than the garage.

The house has 4 bedrooms all upstairs. All rooms have USB lamps for easy phone charging. All space is air conditioned and heated. There are enough beds for 10 people. There is a half bath downstairs, and two full bathrooms upstairs.

The pool has a large step (beach area) at the shallow end with a 'bubbler' feature. The water on this large step (beach area) is about 8-10 inches deep. The shallow end of the pool is about 3 to 3 1/2 feet deep and the deep end is about 6 to 6 1/2 feet deep. No diving allowed. The pool is not heated, but is cleaned and available year round for anyone who wants to swim!
Other things to note
There are 2 parking spaces for the house, but plenty of street parking. Our neighbor does occasionally park in front of our house. No parties, and please be considerate of our neighbors and limit noise during the evening hours. No smoking please.

As good hosts, we abide by all City of San Antonio regulations. This means we collect and pay our City of San Antonio Hotel Taxes.
