Luxueuse maison située à moins de 1 mile de Sea World de San Antonio et à proximité d'un populaire San Antonio Hill Country Resort. Cette maison se vante avec élégance, avec des portes en bois surdimensionnées, des moulures couronnées, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des plafonds encastrés, de beaux sols carrelés, des luminaires haut de gamme, un éclairage ambiant, une cheminée confortable et bien plus encore. Entouré d'arbres matures et d'un éventail de pierres et de stuc, couronné d'un magnifique toit en métal, vous êtes sûr de vivre une oasis de sérénité.

En ce qui concerne nos chambres à coucher, il s'agit d'une maison de luxe de quatre chambres. La chambre principale dispose d'un beau lit queen avec salle de bain principale. La deuxième chambre a également un lit Queen avec sa propre salle de bain dédiée! Les troisième et quatrième chambres disposent chacune d'un ensemble de lits superposés "grand format" et d'un accès commun à une salle de bain privée (Jack 'n Jill); parfait pour une petite famille dans le groupe! Si nécessaire, le canapé du salon a une couchette et vous êtes plus que bienvenus pour apporter votre propre matelas pneumatique.

Very clean and very roomy inside- I would definitely stay here again if we have an event at this location. The beds had a nice memory foam- we slept great. The owner was super welcoming and answered all my questions really quickly. Just a heads-up: parking is really strict in the neighborhood. If you have 4 cars, it's a tight fit, but doable.

Amazing Stay

I loved the location! We were less than 7 minutes from family, 2 miles from HEB and different restaurants, and down the street from Sea World. The home was just perfect for the family. It’s a nice, safe neighborhood and just peaceful and quiet.

I was extremely happy with our stay here. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner but it was fixed very quickly. Very easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

We took our three oldest granddaughters to San Antonio for Spring Break. They are ages; 13, 13, and 12. This townhome was perfect for all our needs. I love how three of the bedrooms are together on one side of the home with the master bedroom being on the other side. Each bedroom had access to a bathroom which worked great with 2 teenage and 1pre-teen girls! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us in this beautiful home, and it had almost everything we needed. It was very handy being able to do a load of laundry every night, and although we didn't cook, we did find everything we needed if we choose to in the well supplied kitchen.It is in a quiet neighborhood, other than the occasional sirens from being near 3 hospitals. The location was excellent for the activities the girls wanted to do including shopping at La Cantera Shopping Center, a walking tour which included the Alamo and interesting history about the city which was topped off with a Riverwalk boat cruise. We also spent a day at Six Flags La Fiesta. Easy access to major interstates made it easy to get to all our desired activities. There are many great restaurants within a 20-minute drive as well as excellent door dash service. Carlos was very helpful and prompt to respond whenever I had questions or asked for recommendations.We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We chose this location because of the space it provided it had a nice open floor plan with plenty of seating so we could visit with our Airman! I would highly recommend!

Long Weekend

Booked a last minute trip to SA for Labor Day weekend to see a concert and was able to book this home for my family. Convenient location with easy highway access. Safe neighborhood and property was clean and as advertised. Nice fenced yard for dogs. Lots of room in the house with 4 beds and 3 baths. Great communication with property manager. Would stay again!

Great Stay Near Sea World

This listing was true to form! Ample room for my large family in town for St Mary's Graduation Weekend! I even managed to get in a full breakfast cooked in house for all 10 adults! Hope had all the necessary amenities and bathrooms aplenty. Consider this home for a large group whether in town for Sea World or other San Antonio event! I know we will!!

7 of us stayed here for my sons graduation from Basic Training. Great location. Lovely neighborhood. Close to Lackland (within 15 minutes). The place was spacious and accommodating. Carlos was a great communicator! Any questions were answered immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hello! My name is Carlos; owner and founder of SA Vacay (San Antonio Vacation Rental Homes). I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My wife Stephanie and I have 6 children; 4 boys and and 2 girls!

I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com & www.illbehonest.com). If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family!

I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.

Well I didn’t choose San Antonio, God chose it for me 40 years ago. Oblivious to how great our city is, I spent most of my teenage & early 20’s hoping to travel to other cities and for an opportunity to experience life anywhere but San Antonio. The Lord saved me when I was 25 yrs old and I realized that there was nothing new under the sun. Wanting to run from my home town would have been nothing more than chasing after the wind.

In 2001, I started working for a service contractor which provided me an opportunity to travel. I would always stay in a box (hotel), and if there was any leisure time, I would get in the rental car and explore the city’s scenery. It was nice but lacking a personalized experience. I wanted to know more about the city than just its buildings and scenery. I wanted to know the people and the experience of being a local; or at least feel like one for a few days. I thought, if I could stay amongst the people, then perhaps I could meet interesting people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and build friendships.

What an opportunity we all have when renting a Vacation Rental Home! I once did a site visit at Disney World in Orlando Florida for a contract. There was an area in Downtown Disney that could convert your child’s hair, makeup and attire to become a princess for the day. Well you could become a San Antonian for a few days or even a few weeks when staying in one of my vacation homes! Come get to know the neighbors, community, and my fellow San Antonian’s!

San Antonio is a beautiful city that has preserved its history and provides an aura of nostalgia. The Alamo, Missions, Riverwalk, Market Square, King William Historical District, La Villita, etc…, make the city attractive, romantic and family oriented. The city is vast and widespread with amenities such as countless golfing venues, shops, theme parks (Sea World & Six Flags), museums, nature parks, zoo, sporting events, horseback riding, bike trails, swimming, shooting, hunting, etc...

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home is perfectly situated to attend meetings, seminars and other events hosted at a nearby popular San Antonio Hill Country Resort and spa; walking distance even. Sea World is extremely close and access to the nearest highway is possible within seconds. Lackland AFB is less than 15 minutes away! The homes kitchen, dining, breakfast nook, living area and foyer are wide open to allow for a beautiful environment to host guests and large family gatherings.
