Location, location, location! Built in 2020, Calypso Tower III is the newest building of the complex. Located directly in front of Pier Park and within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Skywheel, The Grande Theatre, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, and much more!

Calypso offers guests a resort-style (heated in winter) swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), cabanas (available for rent), and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

This tastefully decorated 18th floor unit features beautiful coastal flooring, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a private 10-foot-wide balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom offers one King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are also a set of bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for traveling with children. Additionally, the sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, to comfortably sleep a total of 6. There is a second bathroom located in the unit as well with a tub/shower combo. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Please Note: There is an additional Parking Fee of $50.00 per vehicle which covers the duration of your stay. Only 2 vehicle allowed max. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Wristbands must be worn in pool area.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time in PCB. Calypso III Unit 1805 was absolutely perfect. No complaints at all. Stayed April 29 thru May 6th. Called SCVR and added another night and got a great nightly rate. Everything you need is in walking distance. SCVR was great to work with and their customer service is top notch. My family and I will be back, maybe this year!!

Calypso Tower III
The condo was very beautiful and well decorated. We thought the property was beachfront not gulf view. The traffic and noise from cars, trucks and jeeps til late night drowned out the soothing ocean sounds. We are three senior citizen sisters who enjoy sitting on the balcony and enjoying ocean views and activities. So, for this reason, we would not rent Tower III again. Parking was fabulous. The cafe was nice. The elevator was always easy to access and clean. Check in and out was seamless. We love coming to PCB and will be back but just not at this condo.

I can not say enough good things about Calypso Tower III. The room was fantastic, the loacation couldn't be better. My kids had a great time, and loved being able to walk to the Pier Park and enjoy tha activities that came with booking Southern Coast Vacation Rentals. My sister and her family and other friends booked rooms at Calypso Tower I, told me several times I had picked the perfect location to stay at. We all want to come back next year for Spring Break.

WOW I'm so happy we did, this place is great!! The view is spectacular and the amenities are top notch. This unit was clean, well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!
