This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is your ideal base for exploration and relaxation in Manitou Springs. Surrounded by gardens and outdoor seating spaces, it offers the perfect blend of serene seclusion and vibrant town life.

The main floor features a convenient, accessible layout, while the upper floor offers private suites and cozy corners. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or an evening meal on the back patio, complete with a Traeger grill.

Inside, you'll find a dedicated office space for any work needs and plenty of room to unwind. The home is thoughtfully designed, with a King bedroom and a 3/4 bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: one with an en suite shower, a second with an en suite full bathroom, and a third with access to a shared full bathroom featuring an amazing skylight.

Note: this home is historic so the hardwood floors are creaky in spots, despite soft area rugs in all rooms. House rules say "shoes off" at the door. There are footwear cubbies and slippers at the main and upper entries.
