Absolutely So perfect!!! Location of the house the layout of the property and the wonderfully beautiful house itself. Not to mention all the interesting history of the house!!! The owner and his team made our stay so fantastic!!! The house was stocked with everything you could need and more. We thank you so much for making our stay absolutely amazing!!!!

Morgan was very helpful with questions about the area for our family event.The house was beautiful and well appointed. There was nothing more we could have needed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms clean and very well stocked.. Would absolutely stay there again.

The house and property was gorgeous. Large fully stocked kitchen - perfect for making a Thanksgiving meal for family. Four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. Had everything you needed. House was perfect! We came during Christmas week and the house had a Christmas tree in it! The play room was a hit for the kids to hang out in. There was even a towel warmer in the main bathroom ( which now we are buying!) .Host was very responsive. There are so many shops, restaurants, liquor stores and a park walking distance. The Santa workshop was only a 8 min drive away. It was a perfect home to stay in!

Chose this house for our Manitou Springs vacation. It was a great property with an incredible location. Spent every evening on the back deck and lots of time out front by the creek. Would highly recommend!

Excellent stay. If there is a nicer property in town we didn’t see it (and we walked around a lot). Wonderful history of the property. Great communication and easy access. Beds were comfortable and rooms are large. Well equipped kitchen so there was almost nothing extra we had to buy. Great job!

Perfect place for 6 fun friends in their early 70's

The owner and the VRBO contact were wonderful working with us and answering all of our questions. It's a beautiful property and so well situated to the wonderful historic town.

Such a terrific property!

This is an amazing house with a fascinating history. The kitchen is well appointed and the indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable. It has easy access to the main town area and park - really everything you're hoping to find!

We really enjoyed staying here. They had everything we needed. It was a great location for seeing downtown Manitou Springs. We walked everyday, and we didn't need to drive anywhere.

Allison House stay

Beautiful historic property located within walking distance of downtown Manitou. Creek runs right by the property adding that special sound. Great place will definitely be staying there again.
