LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
Nestled in the heart of Punta Gorda's Historic District is this remodeled, charming 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom cottage. Walk everywhere! It is 2-4 short blocks from fantastic restaurants and bars and 4 short blocks to the Harbor River Walk. This little gem is very spacious and will accommodate 4 nicely. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has 2 twin XL beds. These can easily push together to make a king size bed. The cottage is fully contained with all the small appliances you have at home including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, crock pot and air fryer. It has all the dishes and cookware to enjoy cooking and eating indoors or outdoors, including a dishwasher. The screened in lanai is perfect for relaxing outside and the nice ceiling fan will keep you cool while playing your favorite game at the table. This cottage is perfect for a short visit or a long stay.

NOTE: In 2021 this property was listed as a short term rental on Airbnb. The host left her position as my property host to pursue another career. I am the owner, and am now the host. Under Airbnb, I had a 4.8 star rating with 11 reviews over a 4 month period. Since becoming the host I decided to go with VRBO since this site leans towards an older crowd and Punta Gorda is considered a "paradise" for vacationers over the age of 50.

Lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is homey and comfortable. It is in a great location for walking, going out to eat, etc. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location

Great location and super clean. We were able to walk to fabulous restaurants and the harbor walk was wonderful. Our host recommended some outstanding restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

Adorable cottage in Punta Gorda

This is an adorable cottage that is walking distance to the historic town of Punta Gorda including restaurants and shops. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened in porch. We loved every minute of our stay and Linda was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

AWESOME STAY IN A AWESOME PROPERTY

We had a beautiful stay in this spotless home. The location was perfect. Located in the historic distric in Punta Gorda the home is a perfect blend of newly upgraded fixutures along with imaculant historic fixtures. No better location to be in Punta Gorda.

Clean & Cute Cottage in Excellent Downtown Location

We both enjoyed our visit to this clean and cute cottage that had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have 1.5 baths and a washer and dryer. Great location to Harbor Walk along the water and to restaurants and shopping! The host thought of everything for such an enjoyable stay! We both would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely

Very nice place, very close to all area attractions. Home is very clean, in great repair and well stocked with general use items like pots, pans and a coffee maker... We loaned bikes for an afternoon from a local rental company and took in the board walk.

Lovely cottage

The home is a a Historic District and even though it is close to the main area, it was very quiet and relaxing! We really did not want to leave. The fenced yard was just right for our fur boy and the privacy screened in porch was an added bonus. Even tho Hurricane Ian came through the area, it has been repaired and is beautiful! We would love to stay again.

Cute Cottage

The cottage has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable at a good price. Having two bathrooms is always a plus, and there is a huge amount of storage in the closets with plenty of hanger and drawer space. The living area is spacious, with lots of comfortable seating and the screened in porch is a bonus. The only down side being it’s a half a block away from US 41 so there is traffic noise but that would not deter us from booking again. We loved being close to restaurants and especially the walk ways and Harborside parks. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had a wuestion

Great location

Very clean and updated property. Comfortable sofas and chairs. Great screen porch with table and chairs. Outdoor property not very nice, no grass, fence in driveway was broken and just sitting there. Laundry is in garage and only accessible through large garage door. Otherwise the smaller side door is on the farther side of the house. Laundry appliances and kitchen appliances were great. Large refrigerator but small dishwasher. Best feature for us was its location within walking distance to Gilchrist Park and the Peace River.

I purchased this little remodeled cottage back in 2021 primarily to have as a short term rental. My parents lived in Port Charlotte back in the '90s and I always thought Punta Gorda was a charming little town. I always dreamed of owning something in this town.

This property is located just a few short blocks to the river walk, wonderful restaurants and the amphitheater which is located right between Hurricane Charlie's and the Tiki Room. They have a different venue every night of the week. It's lovely to sit outside and listen to the music and enjoy the sea air.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The best feature outside of the cottage is not having to drive anywhere. You can really feel you are on VACATION without the headache of TRAFFIC. It's as close to Key West without being there as you can get.
