The Red Mill House

The Red Mill House is located at Exit 33(Yocumtown) off Interstate 83, easy access to Pennsylvania Turnpike and I-81. It is convenient to Walmart, pizza shops, fast food restaurants and small shopping areas. We are centrally located between Hershey, Lancaster, Gettysburg and close to York & Harrisburg. There is a large level yard, fire pit & barbeque grill, great for families. This is an old house, very functional but old! Many quaint details with modern conveniences. It is NOT a 5 star hotel
The space
The Red Mill House was built in the late 19th century. A lot of the old charm still exists amongst modern conveniences - like the updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is a dining room with French doors leading to the living room. The first floor also has a laundry room/ bathroom combination with an antique clawfoot tub. Located on the second floor are 2 bedrooms and a nice size full bathroom. The home is old and shows it’s age. It has character and quirks. Water is hard and this is reflected in the plumbing fixtures.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire main house. There are two rooms off the sunroom that are private. DO NOT ENTER these rooms. They are not part of the rental.
There is a shed and garage with maintenance equipment which would be off limits.

Set in a picturesque country location yet close to highway and all amenities.
