When you walk in the door you are transported into a comfortable and cozy living space. Everything in this property is brand new and ready for your stay!

There are three bedrooms in this home. One king bedroom is located towards the back and has it's own bathroom with walk-in shower, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and Smart TV. The second king bedroom is located just to the right of the entrance and also has a smart TV. You'll also find the twin bedroom with bunkbeds right next to that. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The kitchen, living room and dining area are open to one another, which makes it convenient to enjoy your time together while cooking, eating or simply relaxing on the sectional.

Don't worry about your laundry needs as we have a free full-size washer and dryer in the house. Detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board are all located here!

• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Please pick up after your dog.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
