**MUST BE 25+ YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK. A 6 night minimum with check in on Sundays is required for dates booked from Memorial Day to Labor Day.** Your front yard overlooks the State Park as your nature preserve with hiking trails, a bike path, kayak/paddle board rentals, boating & fishing, and the beach just 1 short mile away - what more could you ask for!? You’ll fall in love with our home just built in November 2022 that features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with granite countertops, a screened-in porch, a washer and dryer on site, an outdoor shower, LVP flooring throughout, a fireplace, large backyard, and a driveway with plenty of off street parking. Rent a golf cart at SunFun Rentals: 910-707-0926 for the ultimate vacation to buzz around town to taste over 20+ bars & restaurants, and visit nearby historic Fort Fisher, Kure Beach and the aquarium.

Lovely, quiet vacation home rental

We found this lovely beach house matched the photos. It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I was very impressed withe the communication and responsiveness of the host!

Best Sister's Weekend

First of all the hosts are the best! So quick to respond to all of our questions and very helpful in our navigation of the area. We were only the third group that has stayed since they are a new home. THIS HOME IS SO COMFORTABLE AND GORGEOUS! Very well thought out plan and they have added a lot of touches to make it the most comfortable place to stay. It is on the outside perimeter of the state park which has a beautiful waterway for boating, fishing and beautiful sunset views. It was 1 min away from the grocery and 10 minutes to the beach. We rented a golf cart (from the place on the listing) and it was so fun zooming around from the house to all the local shops and restaurants! There is so much to offer in this little town. We sat outdoors on the rockers for our happy hour cocktails and cooked together in the well-stocked kitchen. In the evening we all relaxed in the living room and watched a movie on the big smart TV. In town we visited a few local shops and made sure to get iced cream at celtic creamery! It was so good! We didn't really want to tell everyone about this place because we want to be sure it is available when we want to come back... but I guess we will just have to plan ahead!
