Great location. Modest property at the right price during a busy Florida season. Friendly, property manager is a sweetheart! Property is in a great location. It is a safe area. Great restaurants within walking distance. My second stay here. I will visit again!

We had a lovely stay. The check in process is easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beach access is directly across the street. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and we were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. My only suggestions are to change the led light bulbs to a softer light and consider adding another tv in the bedroom.

Robin was outstanding to interact with. I would highly recommend staying. Excellent location with the beach across the street, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for a couple, very clean with all the needed amenities needed.

Second time we’ve stayed in this unit. Location is perfect, and the unit is as advertised. I would suggest maybe placing some shelving or a dresser in the bedroom so guests don’t have to live out of their suitcase, but other than that we find it absolutely wonderful!

Location is what draws us to this property. Across the road from the beach, and a 5 minute walk from shops, and restaurants. Room is just the right size for two people. Room furnishings do need some updating. Chairs for dining table were wobbly, and one of the seats was completely detached.The lack of a dresser means living out of the suitcase, although there is a closet to hang clothes. No nightstands next to the bed, but we improvised.The ceiling fan does make quite a hum, but once you get used to it, it can help you drift off to sleep. This would be a perfect place with the addition of a dresser or some type of storage, some shelves, and a new, sturdy dining set.

Super nice property manager and very clean. Small, but you’re not in the room much. Free parking! Pool was not heated which would have been nice. Would considerAgain for a long weekend!

Great place and close to beach

Great small place for my husband and I. Just across the street from the beach and a few blocks from the restaurants/bars on Singer Island. Had everything we needed. The bedroom is a little bright at night due to a street light shining, but not a huge deal. Will definitely plan on booking this place again!

This unit was inexpensive, but unfortunately you truly get what you pay for here.The listing advertises as having a kitchen, however there were no pots or pans provided, and the oven did not work during our stay. We contacted the owner multiple times regarding these issues and received no response. Being ignored when raising basic concerns was extremely frustrating. What’s even more frustrating, is we purchased groceries for our stay, which had to be thrown out and we had to go out for every meal. The unit also did not provide washcloths for showering or any soap whatsoever. These are very basic amenities that guests reasonably expect.Additionally, you’ll notice multiple previous reviews mentioning the bright flood light shining directly into the bedroom and requesting that a curtain be installed. Those requests have clearly been ignored. There is still no curtain, and the flood light illuminates the entire bedroom throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.I hope this review helps the owner recognize that guests deserve responsiveness and basic respect when they are paying to stay in a property. Addressing these recurring issues would significantly improve the experience for future tenants.

Great quality for a great price!

This quaint place has everything you need. Good location and short walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Very clean and looks recently renovated, in great condition. Comfy beds (including pullout couch), complimentary water bottles, coffee, tea, and snacks were a great touch. Did have to contact owner for instructions on how to access unit but response was very quick.

This was supposed to be a quick getaway for my wife and I however due to unforseen circumstances I was forced to make this a solo trip. The unit was just as it appears in the photos. It was clean, well appointed, and is in an outstanding location for those who LOVE the beach. The ONLY complaint about this unit is the window in the bedroom backs up to an alley that has very bright security lights, and that light comes right through the window and directly into your sleeping eyes. I would suggest a black out curtain. My wife and I are looking to book the same place in a couple months when we make our next trip down.

Excellent apartment stay

Very clean and newly renovated. Great shower and air conditioner! Cute decor! Convenient to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Could use a full length mirror in bedroom and a stepstool for us short people to reach higher cabinets and microwave in kitchen. Also, need lower hooks on bathroom door for shorter guests to hang towels or clothes.Nice walk-in closet. Loved our stay!

Comfortable and clean

This was a cute apartment, nicely updated, and very clean. The bed was comfy too. The pool was not heated and needs updating, so it was not in use when we stayed there. But the location was great, walkable to beach and restaurants. I would recommend some luggage racks as we had to put our suitcases on the floor. But all in all it was a nice place!

The apartment was as advertised, super clean and in a perfect location. Contacting the property manager to make a change was challenging and I never received check in information, I had to reach out an call for that. Also never received check out information.

Just as nice as the pictures show. Comfortable bed, couch. Efficient modern kitchen. Owner will probably continue to add little touches, such as bathroom door robe hooks, a dresser… Enjoyed staying there despite the foggy-glass front door (simply tin foiled it). The outside lights cause the inside to seem twilight during the night, so if you need darkness to sleep, come prepared.
