Looking for a Nantucket vacation that's just a stone's throw from Madaket Beach? Look no further than this spacious 1600 sq. ft. townhouse retreat! Recently renovated with new furnishings and air conditioning throughout, this stunning property offers a host of impressive features. Enjoy the ocean breeze from not one, but two large back decks or rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower. Need a break from the beach? Head to Nantucket's famous Millie's Restaurant for a sunset dinner, just a short bike ride away.

Inside, the open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining. Whip up a feast in the beautiful custom kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and a giant ice maker for entertaining. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, where you can relax in front of the 40" smart HDTV. With three bedrooms, and two and a half baths, there's plenty of room for everyone.

The first floor offers two spacious bedrooms, one with a cottage-style king bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds. Step outside onto the back deck and enjoy the large, level yard, complete with patio furniture and gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs perfect for cozy nights under the stars.

On the second floor, you'll find the main living area, complete with another fabulous Nantucket-style kitchen and dining area. The farm-style dining table seats eight, and the kitchen island seats an additional five. Head outside to the large back deck for coffee time, evening cocktails and stunning sunsets.

Finally, the sun-filled primary bedroom suite on the third floor offers a king bed and recently renovated full bathroom (shower/no bath). The condo was a perfect place for a Nantucket getaway! The house provides everything you need (tons of beach towels and chairs) and is perfectly decorated to provide Nantucket vibes!

Disappointed

Driving onto the property was a big disappointment. it is a fiveplex in a group of three similar buildings with a deeply rutted gravel road. Most of the people living in the area are full time residents who did not seem too happy to have renters in the area. We felt the accuracy of the description of the property was very deceptive. On the plus side, the kitchen was very nice with all high end appliances and cookware. And the deck was a big plus as it added space to the overall property. Check in was easy and check out requests were reasonable.

Awesome Host & Property

We were looking for a spot for a “ladies weekend” when we found Jennifer’s place. The owner is super easy to communicate with and responds quickly! For us the Madaket location was great! We rented bikes (Nantucket Bike Shop had great bikes and delivers for $25 each way) and rode down to the beach area several times. We also rode (as a group) into town one day — about 5 miles each way. One guest took a ride into town each morning to grab coffee/snack. I personally love Millie’s so we enjoyed being nearby. The home is updated and clean with all the amenities you could need. Beds were comfortable. Sonos speaker in the house for playing music. Home was a recent purchase for the owners so I suspect it will continue to get better the longer they own it! Plenty of beach towels, chairs & coolers for a trip to the beach. The outdoor shower was amazing! And great to have washer/dryer. Would work nicely for two couples with 2 kids each renting the house. Or just 2 couples. Great place to call home for a few days (or longer if you are lucky!) Would definitely rent again!

Over the years, we’ve invested in a few special properties, and we love sharing them with guests. When one is booked, we simply settle into another! Hosting is a joy for us, and we hope you feel at home during your stay.

Nantucket has been a special place for us for many years, and we always dreamed of having a little piece of the island to call our own. After my husband’s tough battle with cancer, he made it his mission to turn that dream into reality. In 2022, we found the perfect spot—now affectionately named 'lil tucket,' inspired by a very weird dream and some sleep-talking after a particularly fun night on the island!

We love Madaket in every season—the beaches, the trails, the quiet, and, of course, the sunsets. And then there’s Millie’s… If you know, you know. If you don’t—go at sunset, order something delicious, and then you’ll understand! It’s the perfect mix of great food, a friendly atmosphere, and unbeatable views. Millie’s also has an ice cream and snack shack, making it an easy (and necessary) stop. Best of all, it’s just a short walk or bike ride from the house.

No matter how you spend your time here, it’s hard not to fall in love with this little slice of Nantucket—we certainly did!

One of the best parts of staying here is the easy access to nature—you can walk or bike to several stunning beaches, including Madaket Beach, Starbuck Beach, Smith Point, and a few hidden gems along the bay. If you love the outdoors, you’ll appreciate the nearby trailheads and the scenic Long Pond Landing, perfect for a peaceful walk or a bit of wildlife spotting. There are plenty of ways to explore and enjoy the natural beauty right outside the front door!
