Cottage calme et paisible, près de la ville

Nouvelle cuisine en 2015. Nouvelles armoires, comptoirs et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. De nouvelles photos sont maintenant publiées. De nouveaux canapés également. Les planchers de bois franc ont également été remis à neuf en 2015.

Magnifiquement décoré de deux chambres, deux salles de bain complètes avec une mezzanine. Endroit calme et paisible, où vous vous réveillerez au son des chants d'oiseaux. Près de la ville et de la plage, près du bain à vélo et des arrêts de bus.

Le premier étage comprend une cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger et un salon avec des plafonds voûtés en cathédrale.

La chambre principale au premier étage a un lit queen size. La salle de bain principale attenante comprend également des plafonds voûtés, des lavabos doubles et une combinaison baignoire / douche standard.

La deuxième chambre est également au premier étage et dispose de lits jumeaux avec un lit gigogne sous. La salle de bain du hall a une douche.

Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche-linge à chargement frontal dans le placard du premier étage.

L'accès au grenier du deuxième étage se fait par une échelle de navire. Il y a un grand espace ouvert qui est un grand espace de rencontre pour les enfants et les adolescents. Deux puits de lumière apportent beaucoup de lumière naturelle ici. De l'autre côté de l'espace se trouve un coin salon confortable. Il y a 2 lits jumeaux dans le loft.

Dehors, il y a une terrasse en bois privée avec une table et des chaises. Il y a un gril à gaz pour les clients à utiliser.

Il y a un parking hors rue pour une voiture sur l'allée Shell.

La cuisine propose de nouveaux plats, verrerie, casseroles et poêles et petits appareils électroménagers. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner, si vous le souhaitez!

Nous avons également une petite glacière pour les pique-niques à la plage, des serviettes de plage et des chaises de plage à utiliser.

Quelques jeux et quelques jouets, ainsi que de nombreux livres à lire.

Fantastic Nantucket rental!

Great location. Very clean, cozy cottage with all the essential elements. Loft area is really cool, especially for teens. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient Location

We loved the location of this property! Easy drive to beaches and town. Cottage is welcoming and cozy, great for a family of 4. Cottage has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen from pans to spices, beach chairs and towels, great if you are coming from far away! Comfortable beds, clean linens and much more!

great spot!

Loved staying at this adorable cottage. Location is killer! Mid-island so accessible to everything easily. Plenty of restaurants and food in walking distance and beaches easy bike ride. Plenty of space. Well appointed. Owner super helpful and friendly . Would definitely come again. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Mark.

Summer Retreat!

I rented this cottage with a couple friends for 2 months this summer and cannot say enough about the house! The owners have done a beautiful job decorating the cottage and even stocked the house with any sort of household item you would need (laundry detergent, Williams & Sonoma hand soap & lotion, paper towels, etc). This was a wonderful unexpected bonus. The house is perfect for a couple close friends or 2-3 couples. It's walking distance to a beautiful public "secret" beach as well as Lola Burger, Pi Pizza and The Green. There are bike paths in nearly every direction from the house, leading to all the best beaches on the island. I've been coming to Nantucket my whole life and never knew how much I would fall in love with Monomoy and the beautiful little cottage in Monomoy Village. Highly recommend!

First Time on Nantucket

We were on Nantucket for the first time to babysit for our granddaughter while our daughter and son-in-law attended a family wedding. We were very comfortable in this cottage. The location is very peaceful and quite pretty. There is a grocery store within walking distance. It's even a reasonable walk to the town center. The owners were accommodating and helpful, informing us of the option to rent baby equipment while on the island. For part of our stay we had six adults and the baby but still had more than enough room. Having two full bathrooms was very helpful. Overall we had a lovely visit.

Amazing Nantucket Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed at this charming house for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was ideal - we were just a quick bike ride from town. The owner decorated the cottage so well - it is truly the quintessential beach house. I appreciated the little luxuries like the Williams Sonoma hand soap, plush towels and new kitchen utensils/dishes. I can't wait to go back!

a month by the sea

I rented this cottage for the month of June and was very comfortable , despite cold and damp weather. The new owners were very accommodating, leaving a lovely bottle of wine and welcome note on the table when I arrived. I could tell they had been working hard to refurbish the cottage with new kitchen ware, and many thoughtful decorative interior touches.Any small issues were dealt with instantly. The owners left an array of useful items-garbage bags, plastic wrap, soda,laundry soap etc. making it so easy to spend the first day/night without having to run to the stop and Shop-which, by the way, is nice and close. In forty years, it was the closest to town I have ever lived, and I LOVED the convenience. Although the house has two full bedrooms and to baths, plus a sleeping loft, it is a small space overall- a word of warning for an overly generous hostess. Four adults total is max here. All in all, it was perfect for my needs as a writer on a month long get away.

Quintessential Nantucket Cottage! Loved It!

I've been going to Nantucket many years and have rented homes and cottages in various parts of the Island. This cottage in Monomoy has a great location, outside of town but close enough for quick trip into the shops and restaurants. The cottage was neat and clean but had a rustic, authentic, comfy, cozy feel to it. Cathleen, the owner, was a joy to deal with and appears to have a long history with the Island and was great at making suggestions for restaurants etc....even though I am fairly familiar with the Island myself she appeared to be up to date on all the "goings on." I had a great time, thought the pricing was very reasonable, and plan on returning again and again.

We had dreamed for many years of owning a home on Nantucket. This is a dream come true!!
Cathleen first visited Nantucket 32 years ago, working there during the summers and Mark started coming to Nantucket 22 years ago. We were engaged on island in 1994, and have returned many summers as our family has grown. We have 3 children and look forward to enjoying our little piece of heaven!

We stayed in this cottage in the summer of 2012 as renters. It was just perfect, just enough space for our children ages 11-15 and us. It offered great outdoor space, short walk to the beach, and the amazing view at the end of our road over the harbor of town. We knew it had been a rental property for many years and thought it made sense for our family. So here we are feeling so blessed. Monomoy has always been a special spot as it is quiet and beautiful, with that amazing view of town, yet is so close to everything. We hope you love this property as much as we do.
