We want to make your Big Bear Lake vacation as special and memorable as possible. That is why we have taken extra steps to ensure you have a top-quality stay with us.

We have included cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hangers, sound machines, luxury linens, extra pillows, an iron, washer/dryer, first aid kit and more!

If you have any issues with your stay or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We have guest service agents on call that will offer you a swift and helpful solution.

★ HOUSE RULES ★

1. Absolutely NO parties.

2. NO unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Our max occupancy is 11 guests. Anything over 11 guests is subject to $500 fine per violation and $1,000 fine per violation on the 2nd violation from the City of Big Bear Lake. Guest will be responsible for any fines levied against the homeowner.

3. PARKING: Max of 3 cars allowed on property. 1 in garage and 2 in driveway. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED IN BIG BEAR.

4. NOISE: House is located in a residential community and noise travels far. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am per Big Bear Lake City Ordinance.

5. NO smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

6. NO parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests, you will be charged $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.

7. NO pets allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you bring a pet without authorization you will be charged $500.00 and an additional $250.00 ozone and cleaning fee and evicted immediately.

8. Do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide black towels labeled 'makeup' to remove makeup as it will stain the (white) towels and then we will have to charge you $25.00 per towel.

9. There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of house only for security purposes and to confirm number of guests.

10. We ask that all guests PLEASE take extra care walking up and down the stairs at all times! Especially when it may be wet/raining/snowing as it may be ICY/SLIPPERY. We are not responsible for any slips, falls or injuries while at our cabin.

11. Per Big Bear Lake Ordinance. NO trash can be left at property upon departure. Trash must be taken to trash-sites, information will be provided at check in. Any trash bags left behind will be subject to a $25 fine per bag.

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. NO PARTIES.
