If you are looking for a get-away experience with a beautiful mountain backdrop, this is it. Nestled into 300+ private acres of cattle land and woods, our cabin overlooks rolling pastures and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Plenty of adventure nearby too - world-class white-water rafting on the Ocoee River, or for a quieter adventure, try fly-fishing or tubing down the Hiwassee River. We enjoyed 4 wonderful days at Windswept Farms, visiting my sister who lives about 29 min away. I am so glad I found this adorable cabin! Todd was great and delivered ground beef to us straight from the farm within an hour of requesting it. He also offered us a tour of the farm which unfortunately we didn’t have time for, but since we are planning on coming back, we look forward to in the future! Clean and very well-stocked
from towels to kitchen and laundry supplies to appliances. We also enjoyed the fireplace every night. Thank you and see you again!

Great space for visiting with grandkids

The cabin was the perfect set up - with both indoor and outdoor space for spending time with my grandkids who live in the area. The separate master bedroom suite was a wonderful retreat from everyone.

Long Weekend

My wife and I came to ride the Hiwasee River RR to Copperhill and see the area. The cabin at Windswept was very nice and secluded--1/2 mile from the main road to the cabin.

Relaxing Weekend

What a beautiful price of property. We loved sorting out on the front porch rocking and enjoying the peace and quiet. We will be back! Laura was wonderful. Thanks again for everything!

Great location and awesome views

The house was very clean and had everything you could need for a nice time away. We loved watching the lightening bugs each night and the deer grazing in the fields each morning. The house slept our family of 5 comfortably. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a good middle spot based on the various hikes and white water trip that we had planned while in the area. I highly recommend this house.

No words can explain the amount of comfort

I will go ahead and say, the photos do not do this place justice! I was surprised. The view is breathtakingly gorgeous! Walking up the steps you can see through the glass front door, all the beautiful wooden accents and staircase. The cabin is a perfect mix between comfort/cozy cabin and modern styles. You have plenty of lamps that provide warm lighting throughout the cabin. There are also light switches on the wall with adjustable brightness for a brighter light. There is WiFi and only one tv, but we never used either, the board games and property were enough distraction from the outside world alone! Very peaceful and relaxing. Watching the deer grazing before the sunrise is so cool but that sunrise is unbeatable! I wish that there were more curtains because at night Time you can see everything in the cabin from the outside so that’s a little unsettling.. but that really is the only downside. I also recommend placing a towel on the floor before you shower in the walk in shower because it does splatter out of the shower on to the floor and it helps not to ruin the walls etc.! I did not know that there is a 3rd room as well with a small twin day bed. And the loft on the stairs to one of the bedrooms also had an absolutely adorable little twin bed and dresser. Plenty of space for the family! We want to come back and bring our kids and family members next time! The host is very kind and available and quick to respond with any questions! We loved it!
