Upon entry, hone was clean and smelled great. It was perfect for our family of 4 for the weekend playing baseball at nearby Rocker B Ranch. The Mexican restaurant, La Ciénega, across the street was a welcomed treat! The only negative thing I could say is that the water pressure wasn't the greatest, but that is really it! It met our needs!

The home was clean, spacious, and in a good location; convenient to the quaint downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Some highlights from our stay include shopping at the Outfitters of Palo Pinto and dining at Oak & Third. The location also made it easy to explore both Mineral Wells and Palo Pinto Mountain State Parks. While we ate out more than expecteed, when we wanted to cook, the kitchen had everything we needed. Upon arrival, the snack basket waiting for us was a thoughtful and welcoming touch.A few things future guests may want to consider: the water pressure is poor in both bathrooms. The road noise near the front bedroom is significant at night. Light sleepers may not appreciate the traffic. Parking is limited and not clearly identifyable. We didn't have our dog with us this time, but we like to bring her when we can. The house is pet friendly, but there isn’t a fenced area, and the property has minimal landscaping. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We appreciated the convenient location and ample space to enjoy with our friends.

This was the best house for our girl's trip. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere. The house was clean, adorably decorated, and fully stocked. Would stay here again.

Great location and beautiful, comfortable home. Parking was a little tight with our 3 vehicles, but everything else was wonderful. I will book again if it is open next year during our family reunion

Great house

This is our second time staying at this home, as it is the closest to our family members farm. We love it. It is a great place to stay and close to the adorable shops downtown!

We had a very nice stay. The home is very spacious and clean. The layout is such the three bedrooms are private from the rest of the house. The bath rooms were very clean and newly remodeled. We did not cook, but the kitchen was very nice also.This was a perfect location near the wedding we attended at Clark Botanical Gardens.

Lovely place to stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Property manager was quick to answer my questions and very polite. The house was clean and very inviting we felt like we were at home. Next time we are in Mineral Wells we will for sure reserve the house again.

Beautiful house and amazing host

My siblings and I stayed here for our sisters wedding. The house is clean, fresh and inviting. The host is very communicable and friendly. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Everything is this house was perfect. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances and cookware. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, etc for us. The games were great for the teens, extra kudos for the foosball table. House was very clean for our check in and the host was so quick to answer all my questions. And our entertainment was provided by Mineral Wells finest numerous traffic stops on the street in front of the house, LOL. But, seriously, be mindful of the traffic speed control on that street!
