Brazos River Ranch near PK & Rocker B Ranch

Beautiful new home on the Brazos River. The house is on a large working ranch, we are on the river with a private pavilion with stunning views of the Brazos River. There is a Bald Eagle nest you can see from the back porch the Eagles put on a spectacular show with their daily fly overs. This property is like being on a wildlife preserve we have deer, turkey, hogs, cows, oh and Bald Eagles. This is a perfect place to enjoy nature, float down the river, fish, swim, or just enjoy nature.

Beautiful new 4 bedroom home on the river with a huge back porch and a private pavilion that overlooks the river.

The house was well equipped with furnishings to enjoy our stay, cook and accommodate all 8 of our family. Scene was beautiful and quiet and will definitely be returning later in the year

Our family spent our Christmas at this beautiful house. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch, grilling and watching the sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Our 2 dogs had a big yard to run and play. There are plenty of games the whole family can enjoy. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Plenty of space for our group of friends to spread out, and well stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the game room, hot tub, and kayaking the river. Clean, comfortable, and excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

Riverfront Retreat

Excellent vistas from the riverside beach to the illuminated pavilion at night, to a relaxing evening on porch! The house exudes a cozy ambiance and offers ample space for a fantastic retreat, perfectly nestled away from the usual city noise!

Family Time on the Ranch

Our family from across the ArkLaTex gathered here for Thanksgiving weekend. Randy and Cheryl's home was very accommodating, and being on the Brazos River was a special treat! Everything was clean and inviting. This is the perfect spot for families as the home and property were very spacious and safe. FIVE STARS!!

Peaceful Retreat

Our family of 10 all over the age of 20 needed a place to stay for a wedding, This home could not have been a more perfect retreat for us to relax after the rehearsal and wake up to the most beautiful calm morning on the wedding day! The fact we could bring the family pet was even better! I can definitely see my family gathering here again sometime to relax and share time together comfortably! The games available for use were a fun added bonus too!!

Weekend Getaway

Property had great waterfront and fire pit. While too hot for us to try it out, in the fall/winter would be fabulous. Game room was thoroughly enjoyed by teens and adults! Great TB set up to watch movies. 6 of us easily watched movies. House was exceptionally clean.

Ranch Life

Our family was searching for a place away from people where we could have quality family time. This property was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful house on raw, unimproved ranch land. Access to the Brazos River. Cows roaming. Wildlife. Quiet. House was well-appointed and sparkling clean. Helpful, responsive host.

Incredible stay

First, what an incredible property. This home is nestled in the hills of Mineral Wells in a privately gated Ranch community. We had a party of 10 staying, with our two dogs.The dogs ran themselves ragged in the large fenced-in yard, as did the kids, who barely even took advantage of the great game room at the front of the house! The view was superb from the back porch that overlooks the private entrance and access to the river. Upon arrival, the water pressure had stopped working and even though the host was traveling, he was quickly able to get someone to the home for a fix within hours! Communication was so easy and the host was so kind and responsive. The only thing I would advise is to bring kitchen items from home if you plan to cook larger meals. The home did not have wine glasses or large amounts of mixing bowls / pots and pans, but certainly enough for a smaller party! We are planning to rent this very home again in the coming months!
