Early August now available - Ocean Front 1 bedroom just steps to the beach

PIERfect VIEW is a 1 bedroom Second Floor (4-sets of stairs/NO ELEVATOR) Beachfront condo that is located in the sought after Condominium Complex called Ocean Cove. The unit will accommodate a couple or a small family(2-4 adults OR 2 adults and 2-3 children). It is PIERfect for that romantic get-away or for your small young family to enjoy the beach, ocean front pool and nearby activities! The ocean front unit features updated flooring, smooth ceilings, quartz countertops, tiled back splash, counter lighting, new tile around jetted tub, brand new '25 queen sleeper sofa and queen bed. The small bunk beds are smaller than a twin and will only accommodate a CHILD. We are most excited about our enlarged custom tiled shower with glass door!

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the waves and sunset on the oceanfront deck relaxing in our Andirondack style chairs and table. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a (Novaform) memory foam mattress and a whirlpool tub. Tuck the little ones in the Bunk Bed nook. A Queen sleeper sofa offers additional bedding.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We have added a Keurig coffee pot for those of you who have their favorite pods to bring as well a large capacity brew pot. Both TV's are equipped with Amazon fire stick. Netflix is included along with YouTube TV app and highspeed internet. The beach and pool couldn't be any closer. The oceanfront pool provides lounge chairs for your comfort and a shower to rinse all the sand away. There is also a picnic area for grilling your fresh caught fish that you caught off the shore or pier close by. You are only a short walk from restaurants, shops, beach rentals, fishing pier, arcade, museum and putt putt golf. The unit offers a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is plenty of parking for your car and a parking tag to hang from your mirror will be in the unit for you. GOLF CARTS are not allowed in lot. A storage space on the ground level will be available for you to store your beach/pool items. You are welcome to use and return the items that are in the storage area. NO PETS
