★Included essentials!! Keurig cups, cream/sugar, dish soap & sponge, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, trash bags, hand soap. No need to visit the grocery store:)
★65" Smart Roku TV in living room, 2-43" Smart Roku TVs in bedrooms (bring your own passwords)

We strongly suggest Travelers Insurance, especially during the Hurricane Season June 1-Nov 1. We will not issue refunds unless local government authorities order mandatory evacuations.
In order to maintain the safety of our guests, we have a ring doorbell camera on the front door that will be on during your stay.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The location is perfect with the most stunning views of the ocean. I loved that we could leave the door closed and still have a gorgeous view and with a baby that is very important to keep them safe! Perfect for a family friendly trip! The margarita maker machine was a hit with me and my mom! lol We will definitely be planning another trip!

This oceanfront property is amazing!! Everything about this place is absolute perfection…from the location to the accommodations!! The host was very thoughtful and great to communicate with!! My family had a wonderful vacation here!! We can’t wait to come back to the beach and will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend this property!!

This had to be the best equipped condo our family has ever stayed at! We were here for a girl’s weekend, but if my kids had been with us (and the weather a little warmer haha) it would have been perfect for them. From kids plates to beach toys to a white noise machine in the bedrooms, there were just so many thoughtful touches. And a coffee frother for mom… I mean, it doesn’t get much better than that! The beach itself was beautiful, even for a cold, rainy February. We enjoyed exploring the little jetty directly down from the condo. I’m a bit of a germaphobe and was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of everything in the condo. Never once did I feel the “ick” that I often get when staying somewhere like a beach condo. The only suggestions I might have would be a slipcover for the sofa, as it was looking like it may have seen better days, and something to make the door lock a bit smoother to open/close. We will absolutely stay here again!

The property is beautiful. The owner took excellent care of us. Everything was spotless. Looking forward to staying again.

Fabulous Accommodation!

Jamie's place was amazing! The location was perfect, the place comfortable and clean, communication was easy with quick response. Having the beach chairs and wagon was an added bonus, and the pool was lovely. Overall, this was a wonderful stay for our group!!
