Welcome to our beach cottage at Phinney Bay. Perfectly appointed for two, our home has everything you need to relax and soak in the beauty of the Puget Sound.

The main room boasts breathtaking views from both living and eating spaces. A cozy reclining love seat provides space to curl up and enjoy a sunset over the bay. A small desk is provided in case you need to squeeze in a few hours of work, but not too many... save some time to play at your private beach!

Bring a kayak to launch right from the property to explore Phinney Bay and Dyes Inlet. We are frequently visited by seals, jellyfish, blue heron, ducks, geese and even eagles! Enjoy the beach right in your own backyard... or use the property as home base to explore the region.

Phinney Bay is well situated to explore all there is to offer on the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas. Just a 10 minute drive from Bremerton Ferry terminal, which has service to Seattle via both car and foot ferries, our beach house couldn't me more convenient for a weekend or a week getaway.

After a long day kayaking, sampling local Bremerton micro-brews, clamming at the Hood Canal, or swimming in the lake, enjoy a peaceful sleep in your cozy cottage.

The house is also equipped with a full kitchen, full bathroom and laundry facilities.

Please note that there is 1 flight of stairs from the driveway to the house.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location worked well for our trip, and the host made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We’d be happy to stay here again.

We LOVED our time at the house on Phinney Bay. So quiet and peaceful. The view from the house and yard were gorgeous. We were fortunate to have perfect weather. The house was well stocked with all extra supplies needed. The host was amazingly unobtrusive even though being located on the same property. The house was perfectly located for trips to Seattle, Tacoma, or the National Parks. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Quiet Weekend

The view of the bay was beyond amazing! This quiet cottage was in a great location to explore the Olympic Peninsula. It was a fantastic place to escape the hustle and bustle of work life. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again !

Wonderful location, a bit rustic for long stays. The best 4th of July ever. Harbor seals make it worth watching the bay, so do kayakers with dogs on board and sails boats when there is some wind.

Quiet retreat

We stayed at this property which is near our son's home, so we could visit his family, but we also loved our time alone there. We enjoyed the quiet, watching the tides, and the sense of utter peace we felt. It was very well equipped for everything. Having laundry and the outdoor space were huge perks. We're hoping to return for a long visit next summer!

Quick visit to family

This was our second stay at this property, and we are very likely to return again! We love the location...sitting inside, drinking coffee, watching the tides and listening to the rain was so relaxing. The kitchen is nicely equipped, even to multiple coffee makers for K-cups or making a full pot! We were warm and comfy indoors on this trip, as opposed to our summer trip when we used the outdoor spaces more.We come up to visit family in Bremerton, and this cottage is within just a few miles of their home, so this is ideal! We love being able to be with family and then to head back to the cottage where it's quiet. :-)

Perfect spot for R&R

This house, one of the first in Bremerton, is perfect for a getaway. Located on the water - its large windows look out onto a sleepy bay with lots of wildlife. We saw ducks, geese, a crane, a seal, and lots of other birds. The weather was just cool enough to know it was spring but the sun was fabulous the way it hits the grounds and the porch.It’s a central location to explore Silverdale or Palsbo as well as the history of Bremerton itself. Seems like it took no more than 15-20 minutes to get anywhere.Everything was great, pictures are 100% accurate, lots of creature comforts - Keurig and Full Coffee Maker - well stocked with spices and cookware. Washer and Dryer were icing on the cake! I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Girl’s get away

A friend and I just needed to sit by the water and learn to relax. We his was perfect! The bed and linens were high quality and comfortable. The view from every window was outstanding. WiFi was slow and frustrating but it is in the entire community so may not be an owner issue. Also, the neighborhood was mostly quiet,especially in the evenings sitting outside when it was very peaceful. Proximity to downtown Bremerton and the ferries was close and about 10 minutes drive. Otherwise the house was well equipped for small family gatherings and we had one dinner for 5 outdoors by the fire. A magical evening. We will be back!!

This was our third time staying here, and we LOVE it! The cottage is wonderfully comfortable and the check-out instructions were very clear and easy to accomplish. There is nothing more serene than watching the tides flow in and out, and this visit we enjoyed watching and listening to the sea lions on the platform out in the water. The sound of the wind in the big trees is also wonderfully relaxing. We're looking forward to our fourth visit already.

Perfect Couples Getaway!

Perfect cozy waterfront cabin for a couples getaway! Stocked with everything we needed, great location right on the water with amazing views, and less than 10 minutes from the ferry. We came for a nice relaxing winter retreat, but would be great to play in the water and make s'mores by the fire in the summer!
