I think the place really needs new doors and baseboards and new towels

We had Hotel brand towels and linens, people take them and from 14 bathroom towels each $12 we have 3. So, almost all the towels are new however NOT Hotel brand. To change all the base boards and doors our nightly price would be $300 not what you paid which is less than a room at any hotel in PSL. Next time, please go to a $300 a day place.

The bed in the master bedroom had blood on the sheet. We were told that the linens for each room were in the closets of each bedroom. The sheets that were in the closet didn’t fit the bed. There was blood on the bed spread in the other room. The vents were extremely dirty. Window sills were extremely dirty. The toilet seat in the bathroom was very loose. The toilet in the other room was loose. The shower curtain had mold on it. The benches out front were broken. We were there because of my mother’s funeral so we didn’t have much time there. I was extremely disappointed. I did take pictures. I would not recommend this home.

The cleaning crew just changed the sheets in that bed, they were in the closet , the stains were chocolate not blood those were ruined and tossed away same as the comforter. Since you only stayed at night, you only noticed the bad things not all the other amenities? Most of your comments we will remedy, thank you for that, but many of them were not fair. Hoping you find peace and valor to help you in your grief. Respectfully Olga Botero

This property was very clean. The size of the home was perfect. A bonus was the screened in Lanai complete with a pool table and ping pong top. Location was very quiet and walkable. The host was very friendly and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We felt right at home!

The hot tub was not clean when we arrived. The prior guest had put something in it and water was very cloudy. We contacted the host and they were very accommodating in getting in cleaned but we were unable to use it for several days.

Nice stay

Clean home to stay in. Property located in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood! Stores located within short distance and beach within 20 min drive. Home could use improvements but very clean and reasonable rates. No complaints with our stay at the property. Property owner very responsive if assistance needed.

Disappointed

Said there was hot tub and there was but not usable. Grill but no gas. Most outside chairs either had rotting legs or ripped seats and were unusable. Front patio so uneven was dangerous, a real tripping hazard. Ripped screen door. Not what we were expecting. Neighborhood was fine.

You should have rented a $300 per day home, this is not a new home. The jacuzzi was advertised as not operational, you used the grill and left it so dirty and now you said there was no gas?. The chair damages were done because people leave them outside like you did our good chairs.

Excellent host - a few things could be improved

Pros: Olga was a great host. I reached out about an issue we had, and she resolved it the very next day. I can tell she cares about her rental and her guests' experience. There were plenty of towels and linens for us. The place was very clean for us when we arrived. Cons: it seemed as if some dishes were missing, we didn't have enough plates and bowls for all 5 of us for one meal. Not a huge issue, as we didn't eat many meals there. The vent for the tankless water heater vents into the back screened porch where the pool table and hot tub are located. I'd prefer that to go directly outside. Overall, our stay was good and this house met our needs for the week. Thank you Olga!

Loved this home!

This home in Port St Lucie is a gem. It’s a happening city… lots to see and do, but the neighborhood where this home is located feels so peaceful and quiet. But it’s still so close to everything!! It’s amazing. We enjoyed staying at Olga’s property. She is the sweetest host. Kind and thoughtful. Made us feel like family. The house has everything. Very well stocked with towels/linens. Fully stocked kitchen. TVs in the living space and each bedroom. A nice laundry room with a washer, dryer, hamper, and laundry baskets. The back of the house is screened in and overlooks a nice quiet backyard. It’s got a pool table, ping pong table, a dart board, and a jacuzzi. Lots of options for sitting outside in the front and back of the house. Inside, the layout of the home is just perfection. The main living space is very big and open. Everyone can be together and interact with each other. Then you walk down a hallway to the bedrooms, and they give the feel of being kind of tucked away and just have a very peaceful vibe. Where you can really relax. The king size mattress in the master bedroom is magnificently comfortable. We really appreciated staying at this house, Olga has it set up where it truly feels like you are home. Would absolutely book another stay here in a heartbeat!
