In the heart of el Viejo San Juan, walk-in distance to all historic monuments and dining/nightlife. Apartment has an exclusive 360 view of the Old San Juan inlet. The apartament consist of two separate balconies and a rooftop patio (private) overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and El Morro Fort.

The apartment has two large rooms, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Dining room and living room. Each room and living room has its a/c and you can also open all the doors to take advantage of the good ventilation of the apartment through its multiple doors and windows.

I’m originally from San Juan, and this apartment was my home for many years throughout my adulthood. I truly cherished living here, and it remains one of my favorite places in the city.
