this was such a beatiful home to stay in right in old san juan. the home itself was stunning with amazing balcony views and great living space. the location was very convenient for walking everywhere we wanted to go and beaches were only a 10 minute car ride away! i absolutely loved our stay here and wish we never had to leave. i would come back again if the opportunity came :)

The place was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The host - Davy was welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of throughout our stay. Everything is close by, from the shops, food, restaurants, site seeing, bars, dancing the whole entire experience in Puerto Rico was phenomenal from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Old San Juan, very clean and comfortable apartment. Many shops and restaurants within a few blocks, and very close to the Castle as well.

Been to PR three times and stayed in old San Juan all those times , this was my favorite house ever . Location was perfect , house is actually way bigger than it looks on pictures . The apt also has a whole was around balcony from living room to both rooms . Super spacious and clean .

This rental in the heart of Old San Juan is perfectly situated to enjoy all the historic city has to offer. Clean, comfortable and a very easy check in process. Special thanks to the property manager Davy who helped accommodate our needs during a family emergency. She was responsive, thoughtful and efficient. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was the perfect.

Gardenia Flat is a beautiful modern affordable accommodation. The location is right in town within walking distance to a grocery store, shops and historical sights.There are a variety of great eating places nearby.Our hosts Davy and Glenda were surperb and readily available when needed.A car is not necessary, but nice to have to tour the island and a parking garage is right around the corner.I would definitely reccommend Gardenia Flat for a stay.

My husband and two daughters and I came to see San Juan for the first time. We enjoyed the walkable area of Old San Juan! This is a wonderful spot to stay. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations.

The location was good and everything was near by the house was good and fully stocked the only down fall was that the ac in one of the bedroom stops working and it gets really hot u have to leave the door open to the living room for cool air to come in and there is only one tv in the living room bedrooms don’t have tvs and there is not a lot of outlets around the house to do ur hair and it does get some what loud at night u can the street noise but other then that everything went good and everything was great.. I still rate them with four star reviews good place to stay and safe and host does respond when u text and is available in a timely manner.. yes I do recommend the stay to others.. loved it and enjoyed it.,
