Summary:
Newly remodeled home with open concept. Kitchen, living room, and oversized bedrooms. Large deck over looking Hamestring Creek. Located 10 minutes from U of A and Dickson St. Over 1800 square feet. (Attached to 4 bedroom house that is a separate rental.)
The Space:
The place is completely independent from the house. It has its own entrance, own kitchen and itâs own living space, own patio deck.
The house has amazing beds with plenty of space to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with a large island, large living room and 2 smart TVâs.
Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.
Walking distance to many great local restaurants. Within a 2 miles of 2 grocery stores. There is a park close to the house and trails that lead to a pet park.

Main Living Space: Spacious, with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 50â Smart television.

Outdoor Space: Deck with seating.
Master Bedroom: King sized bed, large closet, 30" Smart TV. It is an open floor plan with a wall that is visible to the rest of the apartment through the stairway.
Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.
We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
Guest Access:
The house is located above the garage and is completely separate from the main house.
Guests who rent the apartment do not have access to the entire grounds unless the main house is vacant. If main house is rented access is limited to front porch, back deck and the driveway for parking along with the inside of the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Bridgeport subdivision which is one of the premiere subdivisions in Fayetteville. Right next to a Hamestring Creek. Enjoy views of the creek and the sound of running water most of the year.
Other Things to Note:
- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 23 years old to book
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a âcrewâ or âcompany,â please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
