The second bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and closet. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and closet.

There is one FULL bathroom. It is located in the hallway between the bedrooms. The bathroom includes towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

After touring the botanical gardens or shopping at the farmer’s market, prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster oven, blender, and Instant Pot.

This property is close to everything in Fayetteville, but just outside the city limits. It is peaceful and quiet, and does have a gravel road.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 fee.

- NO Pets: This is NOT a pet friendly property. If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be cancelled.
