THE ELEGANT 2BR LOFT UNIT has a eclectic style but is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It offers two bedrooms. One queen-size bed with bedding that may accommodate up to two guests. And one single bed with bedding for one guest. It has a sofa, air conditioning, a dining table, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, an induction stove, a shower heater, a TV with Netflix. There is a toilet and shower on second floor equipped with toiletries and other necessities to make your stay even more comfortable. A half toilet on first floor.

1. It is very important to declare the correct no. of staying guest. Undeclared or unendorsed guest will not be accommodated. Otherwise, they would pay for the extra cost.

Rates for ADDITIONAL GUEST:
• P500/pax per night
• P300/visitors or non-staying guest (can stay until 9 PM)

2. PARKING OPTIONS
Fort Victoria Basement Level

• REGULAR PAY PARKING RATE:
P50 - first 3 hours
P20 - succeeding rate
P250 - flat rate from 11 PM to 6 AM ONLY

• MOTORCYCLE PAY PARKING RATE:
P45 - 6 AM to 11 PM only
P250 - flat rate from 11 PM to 6 AM ONLY

• FIXED PARKING is subject for availability. Only 1 slot is offered. Flexible for multiple entry.

Rate: P450 per day
Start: 2 PM
End: 12 NN (next day)

3. POOL POLICY

• POOL PERMIT is required to access the pool, to get a permit from the admin kindly inform us ahead at least a day before so we can assist you.
• First 2 guests are FREE.
• P100 pool fee will apply for each succeeding guest.
• Pool is OPEN from TUESDAY - SUNDAY from 8 AM to 10 PM. MONDAY pool is closed due to MAINTENANCE.

4. PETS ARE ALLOWED. Make sure that the pet is wearing a diaper. Pay P350/pet.

5. TIMING IS FIXED. Early check-in or late check-out request will not be accommodated due to timing conflicts. However, you can leave your luggage as early as 12 NN and come back once the room is ready.

6. Please expect our staff to check the unit 5 - 10 mins before you check-out. If they did not come, you may leave the unit already, just TURN OFF all the aircon and lights and leave the door closed but PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR. Just place the key on the table as we are not allowed to leave it at the reception.

7. NO GYM within the vicinity but there's a gym nearby just within reach.

---------HOUSE RULES---------

1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit.

2. Please respect and follow our CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT times.

Check-in time is between 3 PM to 5 PM ONLY. If guest arrive later than 5 PM, a P300 late fee must be pay to our staff. To avoid this charge, please arrive or get the key to the unit before 5 PM.

Check-out time is strictly 12 NN.

3. Please keep your key with you. A penalty charge will apply if the key is lost.

4. LOUD / DISTURBING NOISES are strictly prohibited. Penalty may apply. Please respect your neighbors.
