Welcome to Pinckney Place, a small townhome community strategically located in the Historic Hampton Pinckney District. Enjoy downtown living less than one mile from Main Street Greenville. It's the perfect spot to stay to experience everything Greenville has to offer; Falls Park, Unity Park, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, shopping, restaurants and more! This townhome is also convenient to many Upstate colleges such as Furman and Clemson, Asheville and the mountains of Western North Carolina, several lakes, rivers, and scenic mountains.

This townhome offers just under 2,100 square feet, 3 bedrooms with each one having it's own private ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet, perfect for a family or 3 couples. An extra half bath is located on the main living area (2nd floor).

In addition, this townhome has a private workspace in one of the bedrooms and is equipped with 1GB fiber wifi internet service, perfect for remote employees and working away from home.

The main living area (2nd floor) is open with a large granite island, a 5 burner gas range with a griddle attachment, hardwood floors and lots of windows. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. There is a dedicated dining area with table that seats 6 and the kitchen island provides additional seating for 4 to accommodate groups.

The first floor (ground level), offers the first guest room. The 3rd floor offers the second guest room, as well as the primary suite, and also houses the laundry closet.

There are 4 flat screen TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the den. All of the TV's are Smart TV's with HDMI inputs for your streaming devices (streaming devices not provided).

Other amenities include a two car attached garage and an outdoor patio with seating. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Overall the place was very nice. The kitchen was set up well with appliances, dish ware & some pantry supplies. There were a couple cleaning issues, one of which was addressed by the owner & the other was taken care of by us. An extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would have been nice as a couple bathrooms ran out. There is definite road noise from Pete Hollis Blvd. to note, however there were sound machines in the rooms to try to compensate. We did enjoy our stay!

Greenville Condo

My sisters and I stayed at this condo for several days. The location was a short drive to downtown which was incredibly convenient. The option of a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom stay was perfect for us. The furnishings were basic and functional - nothing fancy. While the condo was generally clean, we found a few issues that we reported to the owner to address for future stays. The place could use some general maintenance but everything functioned as expected. As mentioned in other reviews, the road noise was pretty loud. However, the host does provide noise machines to assist. The host was EXTREMELY responsive which is a huge positive. If you're looking for a reasonably priced stay without frills, this condo is a great option.

Great host and nice experience

My friends and I stayed over the 4th . We love the big space for gathering and cleanness of property. Even though we had no air conditioning in the morning the host was able to find some one to check on it and keep us updated. When they found out it could not be fixed for a few days the money/fees/ and deposit in full were refunded. Thanks so much.

Pretty place

Very nice property close to downtown. The beds were pretty comfortable. There was some cleanliness issues. The vent filters were filthy, the towels were stained. There was no dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Just an overall feeling of being a little dirty in the bathroom floors. Easily fixable because it was really a nice roomy place.

What a great Vrbo and wonderful location

Greenville can be a mixed bag in the same area. We felt safe and accommodated while staying quite close to downtown. The entire weekend was the same price as just over one night in a hotel on grad weekend. Would highly recommend this location.

Visiting Greenville for a wedding and sightseeing. Townhouse was perfect for our family. Lots of room and comfortable accommodations. The only downside was the bathrooms could have been cleaned better and the master bathroom had an odor.

Clean and new townhome

My husband and I stayed there with my sister in law and her husband. There was a lot of space for us all. Very clean, comfortable beds, responsive owner. New kitchen items to make cooking meals easy. There was road noise but the sound machines helped.

Property was very nice. Clean and new. Good amenities and furniture. Overall very pleasant and nice. Our groups only complaints were of minor things: there was no extra disposable products like paper towels and garbage bags, and very limited toilet paper. I feel like for a quality property like this, which costs what it does, it's reasonable to expect extras of this kind of thing.Again otherwise it was perfectly good. And overall a 9/10

Beautiful Greenville

The townhouse near downtown Greenville was beautiful!!! The community was perfect for taking walks, there was a neighborhood park for my 2 year old granddaughter, and was very spacious for our family of 6. This could easily be an annual trip for the family. One more thing.... The host was helpful before and during our stay.

Just a fun trip

Came down to Greenville to check out the area for a possible move some day. Great town, so much to do. We will definitely be coming back. This place was in a great location and easily walkable to downtown. The condo was clean and very nice.

Wedding stay in Greenville

The host of the property is a dream. Of all the VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in this was by far the best host interaction I’ve ever had. The townhome is very nice, easy to access and has everything you’d need. There was a smell issue in the master bathroom but that was address. The white noise machines really helped with the road noise. The property could use a little paint (I can’t believe how reckless people are with their luggage etc) so many scuff marks. Such a bummer for what’s really a cute property. Cleaning crew could have done a little bit better getting previous pet hair and some stains off of the living room furniture but overall not bad. I’d definitely recommend to anyone staying in Greenville.
