Common areas and guest facilities are located on the top floor of the building (press the A button in the
elevator).
Guests are allowed to use the facilities, please communicate with reception staff.

Piscina Lounge:
- Reserved exclusively for residents and guests of the building, outside visitors not
permitted.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
- Guests must wear appropriate swimwear and shoes for slippery areas.
- No one under 13 years of age may use the pool.
- Smoking, food, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
- Beverages in glass containers are not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Guests must use towels when using the chaise lounges.
- Pool hours are Tue-Sun 8am-9pm.

Fitness Center
- Guests must reserve a time to use the fitness center at the reception desk within 24
hours.
- Maximum time of use per session is one hour.
- Maximum time of use for a single cardio machine is 30 min.
- It is mandatory to use a towel and face mask.
- Guests must wear appropriate exercise gear, it is prohibited to use facilities topless.
- Maximum capacity two guests at any given time.
- Guests must keep the door closed and the windows open.
- Fitness center hours are 5am-11pm.

Zona Sala Bar / Game Zone
- Please coordinate with reception desk to use this facility.
- Maximum time per session two hours.
- Guests must leave the facility clean and organized when finished.
