The apartment is very nice and spacious with a direct elevator access , overlooks the street and it is close to the center of Miraflores, where there is a lot of tourism. It is 5 minutes away from Larco mar, the beach, restaurants and stores. The apartment is equipped with its own laundry, and cooking utensils.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious and fit our family perfectly. We felt safe the entire time, which was especially important to me while traveling with my four young children. The location was excellent — there was so much to do nearby, and many places were within easy walking distance. We walked all around Miraflores... Parque Kennedy, Larcomar, and even took a beautiful long walk to Barranco across the new bridge.The apartment had everything we needed — reliable hot water, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen stocked with essentials, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was convenient, safe, and perfectly suited for families. We truly appreciated everything about our stay!

Clean rooms, good bathrooms, nearby to most shops and restaurants. Could use a bit more information about the keys, but we figured it out. A second set would be helpful. The washing and drying machine were a definite bonus. Great stay overall.

This place is better than the listing makes it appear. Very homey and spacious with everything you need to feel like home. Great, quiet neighborhood. Miriam the owner is helpful and attentive. It's a keeper for our next trips!

Quiet, comfortable city apartment

Three of us stayed here with 2 friends joining us for a night. There are 2 queen beds, a single, and a pull out sofa. For a city apt, it was quiet at night. The apt is located on a side street/not a through street. The beds were comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms/showers. One in suite the other in hallway. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking pans and utensils. Stove worked well. Dining room table was nice size with 7 chairs. We didn't use tv much but it worked fine with a variety of Netflix, etc. to choose from. Washing machine and dryer worked well. The apt. is on the 3rd floor. Each floor is it's own apartment so you get an elevator key that goes direct to your apt. We were in walking distance to a large grocery store (8? to 10? blocks), plus many restaurants, fruit stands, coffee shops, etc. in the area. It's about a 20 min. walk to the beach. Weather in January was great. Mid 70s, mostly sunny with an ocean breeze most days. Our hostess, Miriam, was good at communicating with us (mostly communicated in Spanish, I'm not sure how good her English is- but phones are pretty good translators these days). She was prompt to respond and encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apt. is secured with gate and night time security guard but we were out at night and never felt any concerns. Our friend forgot keys and earbuds when checking out and Miriam was very helpful and able to get the items returned. We would love to return here. Thanks Miriam.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Miraflores! The location was perfect—close to the ocean, great restaurants, and shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet street. The host Miriam was incredibly kind, welcoming, responsive, and helpful, I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lima. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!” Feel free to tweak it based on yexperience!

Nice place which sleeps 6 easily

Owner very good on communication, clean property, good location, easy check in process. Dryer wasn't drying but after letting Owner know, she shared details to turn on the gas to the dryer which fixed the problem. Wish that was taken care prior so we didn't waste time to figure out. Also the home was freezing. The property manager shared there was no heating. Wish we knew in advance as that was very uncomfortable for us.

Family vacation, getting familiar with Miraflores

We enjoyed our stay at Miriam’s apartment despite the VRBO pin being wrong. The apartment photos and description were exactly as pictured and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The area is very walkable allowing access to many restaurants, small grocery, and Attractions such as Larcomar. It is a great location to get a feel for a residential neighborhood and felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Choice for U.S. Visitors

Spacious property located in a quiet neighborhood. Mostly long-term residents. 24X7 neighborhood security and watches. Close to all major venues like Kennedy Park, Larcomar, and grocery/shopping.
