Only 6 miles to Texas Tech University and downtown Lubbock. Flintwood Mac has 1,515 sq ft and sleeps 8 with 3 queen beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the private outdoor patio or take a short walk to the park with your pets. Very quiet and established neighborhood. You will not be disappointed!

We stay here every time we have a scent work trial in Lubbock. Very convenient and dog friendly. We love being able to load and unload in the garage.

Very clean and comfortable pet friendly house. Lovely park is walking distance away. Kim covered all the basic necessities very well. Comfy bed and couch in the living room. Nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Only downside was backyard didn’t have a grassy area so had to walk dog for potty breaks. Would stay here again next time in the Lubbock area. being able to park in the garage was an added bonus.

Me, my husband, son, and dogs had a quick 1 night stay, the house was very clean and wonderful. The house has a small nice fenced backyard to let the dogs out for those early mornings that you don’t want to walk your dogs. Hostess was quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely would recommend this house.

This was an excellent stay for us while moving our son into the dorms! The garage allowed us to safely park all our stuff overnight before move in, but really there was nothing to worry about as the neighborhood was really safe! The house was extremely clean and cute. Communication with the host was quickly responded to. I highly recommend!

This is the third time we have rented this condo. It’s great to stay at with our dogs when we compete in AKC scent work trials in Lubbock. Kim is very easy to communicate with and the house is very clean amd conveniently located.

Nice Stay

We were visiting Texas Tech for freshman orientation. The house was close enough to the college in a nice neighborhood. Very clean, host was very friendly and responded quickly, we will stay here again.

The most peaceful place

I got to spend the weekend at this beautiful house. So perfect. I was in Lubbock visiting my grand babies. This beautiful home had all the amenities needed for my stay. Main bedroom had two beds. Where my fairy granddaughters spend th night with me. I will get this place aging if it is available in my next visit. I highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful home

Clean and spacious house!

My family stayed at this VRBO while in Lubbock for a graduation. It was 5-15 minutes away from anything we needed so the location was convenient. The house was very clean and as described in the listing. This was the first time I've ever had garage access while staying at a VRBO or other rental. It ended up coming in extra handy as there was some bad weather that our vehicle was protected from in the garage! I didn't need to contact the host very much, but she was helpful and quick to reply when I did. Check out process was very easy!

The house was easy to find! It was spacious for 6 of us to stay! Our son accidentally drew on a blanket and Kim was very kind and understanding! We will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful home away from home

My little dog and I stayed 5 nights at this wonderful home in Lubbock, and it was so enjoyable! Quiet, yet located on a lovely street so I felt perfectly safe. If it’s available the next time I’m in Lubbock, it will definitely be my “home away from home.”

During a Difficult Time/Best Decision Made

(Summary written by my wife). To the Host of this property, thank you for having a decent home for us to stay at during our visit to Lubbock. We were there for my older sister’s funeral. A very difficult time & knowing that we had a clean & safe place to stay at was a blessing. My daughter & I had been there the week before to be with my sister while she passed & we stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn. That location was filthy & management & employees did not care to fix the problems (several issues) & frankly we did not have the emotional strength to find another hotel. Owner/Host of Flintwood Mac, thank you for your lovely home & for making it feel like a home away from home. May you continue to have success with this location.
