Feel at home in this nice and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with huge, beautiful park like backyard in a quite cul de sac .The property is located in desirable Northwest Reno,
2 queens, one bunk including one full, top - one single plus one trundle bed.

Very easy access to I-80.
Lake Tahoe is less than an hour drive away!
Airport and downtown casinos are a quick 15 min drive.
Restaurant's, grocery stores, coffee shops and gyms are within walking distance.

Fabulous home/convenient location

This is a great home. The layout is great and spacious and has a great patio and big backyard. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to freeway and major arterial that circles Reno. Owner was SUPER responsive for the few queries I had about property.

Wonderful home away from home

The property was just as described. The home is spacious, well maintained, clean and located in a central area. The owner provided a complimentary listing of local restaurants for dinning and activities for all age groups. The locations is within 15 minutes of the Reno/Sparks Convention Center, which accommodated our overall needs. I'd definitely rent again if available in the future.

Great location, Spacious home, Fabulous hosts!

Beautiful spacious home, well laid out, and just 5 minutes from shopping centers, with easy access to freeway. Our hosts responded quickly to any questions or needs we had, very kind and their hospitality was superb. Easy check in/check out. They also have a beautiful private fenced back yard with a welcoming and relaxing patio. We highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again when we visit friends. Bonus, just 15min from the airport! Dishwasher and washer/dryer were a huge blessing, as we were traveling to help with a wedding. It was great to have a place to come and relax.

Our Experience

The House overall was in a good location and close to everything. The house was clean, there was an hint of an odd oder. The biggest complaint was there were no board games or games in general to entertain children. There was not enough silverware, very limited spoons, forks, etc. The grill outside was very dirty. Check in was very confusing, I did not receive an email with entry instruction I had to call the host and she quickly texted instructions. So I think this is a VRBO issue. Overall I would recommend this property as a comfortable stay.

Needs some upgrades

Some of the things in the house was very outdated. The kitchen stuff really needs to be updated. Couldn't even cook in the pans that were there very old and stuff stuck really bad. The towels were very old and the bathrooms were not supplied with anything. Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. The backyard was very overgrown and the grass needed to be cut. The regular beds were comfortable but the bunk bed mattresses was very uncomfortable. Felt the house could've been stocked better than it was or told to bring certain stuff. Very roomy house for get togethers.

Good Property

My family and I stayed at this location for five nights over the July 4 holiday. The property was clean and in a good, central location. It had enough indoor and outdoor space to accommodate a large family, and overall it was a good stay. My biggest complaint was that the property was advertised as being air conditioned. There is an A/C unit in the living room and a smaller window unit in the kitchen. The three bedrooms, however, are not air conditioned, and the units in the main living areas do not cool the bedrooms. When the high temperature is 95-100 degrees, sleeping was pretty uncomfortable, and it would have been nice to have the property accurately advertised. The kitchen is also not particularly well stocked and is missing basic cookware (e.g., a colander, enough silverware and dishware). Otherwise, the stay was acceptable and pleasant.
