This was our second stay as guests, and once again everything was absolutely perfect. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the comfort and convenience to the charming historic Reno decor that gives the apartment so much character. The location simply can’t be beat, with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and cultural offerings just steps away. We always feel right at home here and look forward to our next visit. Communication with the host was quick and friendly.

It was a delightful place to stay: clean, quiet, well located, good kitchen equipment and comfortable furniture. Even the wall art was engaging. Appreciated the attention paid to small details. Highly recommended.

Best Stay Ever

Everything was exactly as described. Lots of time and thought went into this rental unit. You and see and feel the pride the owner has in this rental.The kitchen has everything you would need. Everything is like new, easy to use, easy to find. Very detailed but easy to use information about the coffee maker, local stores and restaurants. A map was included in the renters notebook.Every room has an individual mini-split unit. Easy to set to your individual comfort. This home is so clean, decor makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door! Nice bed, lots of pillows. Small closet, but lots of upgraded hangers. Chest with nice size drawers.The location is fantastic! Lots of street parking. Cute garden area to relax in.The owner is very accessible. Responds very quickly to any questions you might have.This is the Best rental I have ever rented!!I would recommend it.

A beautiful little house in a great location. You are able to walk to downtown, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, even casinos and the Reno Aces. The house is well equipped and the host is amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Visiting family and mountains

Super nice property in a great location. Enjoyed hikes in north Tahoe and also the scene in downtown/riverwalk in Reno. Property exactly as described and very clean and comfy.

Midtown Reno Cottage

The Best!

This property knows how to do a VRBO better than any place I’ve ever been. It was comfortable, clean well stocked and a great location! Only thing I missed was a washer/dryer but everything else made up for it! The best place ever!

Beautiful home in lively

A really charming home in a safe yet vibrant neighborhood. Quite a few nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The home itself was beautiful, slight rustic yet had all the amenities one could need.

Such a pleasant and comfortable stay. The cottage is so beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a stay away from home. I would love to stay here again the next time I am in Reno.
