Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, waterfront neighborhood. This home fronts Wapato Way. We are just a very short walk to the public beach, boat launch , wine tasting rooms , grocery store, coffee cabin ,and restaurants. The farmers market is across the street from the house Sat. and Wed. mornings in the Summer.
This is a completely renovated and decorated home. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own heating/cooling with individual mini split units and controls. There is a Smart TV in every bedroom and the living room. The home has a fantastic open floor plan so everyone can all hang out together and play a game, watch a movie, or enjoy a meal at the custom built table. There is a fireplace in the family room with a herringbone basalt stone surround and wood mantle.
The kitchen is large with all new appliances and all of the small appliances and kitchen utensils and gadgets.
There is also a cozy outdoor hang out area where you bbq, or just hang out in the sun and enjoy a soak in the large new 6-8 person hot tub. If it's on the cooler side you can enjoy some conversation around the table top fire pit.
You will have the entire place to yourself. There are a total of four parking spaces for your use. Manson is a waterfront town on the north shore of lake Chelan. It is located about 7 miles from downtown Chelan. Manson offers many wine tasting rooms and restaurants as well as public swimming area/ park with boat and seadoo rentals. Just a short drive to the 12 tribes Casino and many hillside wineries. Check the Manson chamber of commerce for any local activities. Once you are here you can easily walk to just about everything.
If you have kayaks or paddle boards you can launch them at the public beach about a 2 blocks away or at the end of Harris Ave (Lake Chelan water's edge) about 1 block away.

Bodi and I have been traveling to the Lake Chelan are with our children for over 20 years. Every time we get that first glimpse of the lake sparkling in the sun with its crystal clear blue/green waters we can't wait to jump in and feel the sand under our feet and that amazingly clean water. This area has brought us so many amazing memories over the years we knew eventually we would find a spot to call our own. In 2020 we finally found that spot.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This property is very unique due to its incredible location in downtown Manson. It is not in Wapato Point. It is on Wapato Way across from one of the premier tasting rooms for a local winery with live music on most Fridays and Saturdays. The beach and marina are a very short walk away. Boats of many types and kayaks, paddle boards can be rented at the marina. Restaurants, a bakery, brewery and many tasting rooms are mere steps away out the front door. Leave your car and explore Manson. The front yard and Private patio are fully fenced in. The patio is set up with a table and umbrella with seating for 6 adjacent to a sectional and table with fire pit for 8 to sit and enjoy the space which is lit nightly with festoon lights strung around the yellow cedar pergola above the patio. A beautiful garden setting around the patio which accesses directly off the family room. Additionally there is a 2nd private patio off of the Primary Bedroom with 2 sun loungers. Any notes regarding Wapato Point were automatically added by VRBO and we have asked they be removed to avoid any confusion several times.

Close to everything. Very walkable. Go to and from the beach and marina, restaurants, bars, tasting rooms as often as you like without worrying about parking which can be very difficult to find in the busy season in the Lake Chelan area.
In the winter Echo Valley ski is open on the weekends and week days vary. You can downhill ski via 3 rope tows and a single lift to the higher hill or go tubing where tubes are provided on site. Echo Ridge is open to cross country skiing and snow shoeing which has some of the most incredible views. There is a 10$ fee to park at Echo Ridge and Echo Valley Alpine prices vary from $20 and up depending on when you visit.
