About the space
This 1935 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cottage features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. There is a spacious downstairs primary bedroom featuring a California King bed, smart Roku tv, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, jetted soaking tub and walk in shower.

When dining in, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including oven, microwave, and coffee bar or retreat to the private patio to grill some of the local gulf fare. We offer a Weber charcoal grill, but you must provide charcoal.

Laundry closet on first floor featuring stacked washer and dryer with starter supplies.

Upstairs you will enjoy the kid friendly space including various games for hours of family fun!

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs:
Beach Days Family Suite - includes king bed, queen bed, dedicated work space and ensuite bathroom and a smart Roku tv with basic cable
Anchors Away Suite - includes queen bed and adjoining bathroom shared with game room and a smart Roku tv...this room does not have basic cable at this time just streaming
Ocean Bunk Room - includes full over full bunk bed, arcade game, and kid friendly decor and a smart Roku tv with basic cable

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1935 sq ft home. There are 2-3 (depending on vehicle size) free exterior, uncovered parking spots. As a reminder, please no overnight street parking in our neighborhood, no exceptions. Important ** All other vehicles can be parked at Gulf Place .3 miles down the road and parking is at your own risk.
