Casinos, major medical facilities, shopping, and great dining choices all within minutes. You will enjoy relaxing in this newly built home. Check in is simple through our smart lock keyless system. You will be provided a code and instructions prior to check in. A high chair and play pen are available upon request but must be requested in advance.

We enjoyed our stay here during a work trip. It was conveniently located in a safe/quiet neighborhood, clean and very comfortable. We loved watching the ducks on the water and wished we had more time to fish! Cara was easy to work with and great with any questions.

This is our home away from home place to stay in the Shreveport area. We love the neighborhood, lake view, fishing, and location to everything. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time. Since we have stayed in this home before we knew what to pack to prepare for our holiday trip. If you have a short stay then you will find everything you need provided including books and games. You might have to purchase a few things if staying for a week or more like coffee, trash bags, laundry detergent, or paper towels. Also, if you have a large group, one of the queen beds might be hard to sleep on due to not enough mattress padding over the metal bed frame. We just put blankets and pillows over the frame to help add cushion. I still highly recommend this beautiful VRBO! Cara is a very nice host as well. Thanks again for a wonderful visit to Shreveport!! Hope to stay again soon!!

Prime location.

Flawless property, flawless stay. Very spacious and modern. Easily accommodated 7 adult family members. Enjoyed watching fireworks celebrations reflecting off the private neighborhood lake. Pleasant and professional host. Will stay again when visiting the Shreveport area.

Great family trip

The house was great. We had 3 small families (6 adults and 2 kids) staying and there was plenty of room. We were very comfortable and the house was super clean. We especially liked the backyard and the kids even managed to catch (and release) some bluegill.

Weekend Family Trip

We came to Shreveport for my husband’s graduation weekend (family of 7 including 2 young children). A few hours before our arrival, the owner notified us that there was an issue with the water. The owner communicated and made sure she prioritized and resolved the issue with an immense amount of urgency. The home was very clean and accurate as listed. (To note-the neighbors were also very kind). If ever in the area, we would definitely stay again.

If I could go with zero stars I would. For the first time in years of using VRBO I had to refuse to stay at a reserved property. Upon arrival we were met with a least a foot and half of weed filled yard. We would have had to walk our dog somewhere off property.The electronic door lock was inop. One toilet would not stop running. Dirty stuff was in the washer and the dryer was filled with clothes. I will be contacting VRBO to ask for a complete refund of the total price and also the OneKeyCash amount used to be credited.

This home is absolutely stunning & very clean. The photos on the site don’t do the home justice. It’s also very spacious. I highly recommend this house.

Nice family house

We had a death in the family and needed somewhere to stay that would accommodate all of us. This place was close and met all of our needs. Wifi worked well, hot water, fans and cold AC. Property felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend for others for sure.

Beautiful home!!!

Our stay at this home was awesome! It had such a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. The pond had lots of ducks which my kids & dogs loved. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend! We travel often to this area and will definitely be staying again. Can’t wait to stay during the warmer months.

We caught a fish!

We had a very busy weekend. This location was close to our events which allowed us time for a 5 year old to catch a fish in the back yard. We had all family at the home and the multiple beds in the bedrooms, made for easy sleeping arrangements with children and adults. I would highly recommend this home.
