This property has everything you need for your stay. Full stocked kitchen, clean linen and lots of towels. All 3 bed are very comfortable. The location is what makes it perfect! We parked our 2 cars in the garage when we arrived and didn't need them until departure. We were so close to the pier, the ocean, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and we felt safe. It felt like a home away from home.

Overall, the property was nice. The only problem was in the listing. It said one bedroom had 2 bunk beds, and that was not the case. So the number of beds was an issue.

A great getaway steps from the beach

A perfect home for our girls getaway weekend. Great location down the street from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants. Nice to have a full kitchen and two car garage. Would stay here again.

Great spot so close to the beach!

This house was perfect for our stay. Only one block to the beach and entire had their own bedrooms. The kitchen and family room were perfect size for relaxing.

Great for a locals’ getaway!

Our friend group of 25 years wanted to have a staycation in SLO county where we live. This clean and tidy home had everything we needed: three comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen with plenty of pans and spices for cooking, a short distance to lots of eateries and bars. We loved the two car garage for parking and guest services helped us when we accidentally locked the front door with the wrong lock. We would recommend this nice sanctuary!

Great stay!

Condo was good. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to make garage door openers available to guests with a fee if they arent returned. Luckily parking was easy but that would have been helpful. Everything else waa perfect.

Best vacation rental!

First time booking this property. Pictures posted were pretty accurate on what we saw. Place was spotless with towels and linens looking freshly laundered. After buying groceries, we were able to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and even cupcakes during our stay. Kitchen was equipped with the basic necessities and everything worked perfectly (except the fireplace but that was already disclosed).

If you're looking for a place that thinks of everything and goes above and beyond, this is not your place. If you're looking for a place to sleep at night, it will work. The biggest thing it has going is the location with its proximity to the beach and downtown. We stay in Pismo at least twice per year and love the accommodations we usually stay in. This was a last minute trip and for what was available this seemed like a great place from the listing. Where it felt short for us...While the place smells overwhelmingly like Fabuloso when you walk in, there were several things that weren't actually clean. We had to wash one of the sets of sheets before we could even sleep as there was sand and hair in the bed and mascara on the pillow. The walls and overall unit is worn down and dirty. There were missing outlet covers, which is an extreme safety hazard. Thankfully we didn't have little kids. We did see some new covers in a drawer, but they'd work much better if they were installed. The bedrooms are sparse, only a bed and one side table. It felt less comfortable than a hotel setting. The bed we slept on wasn't very comfortable. All three bedrooms share one small bathroom upstairs.The kitchen is fairly adequately stocked. They had a coffee maker but didn't even provide coffee. We never bring our own as it's usually provided. We ended up just walking to the local coffee shops. The patio is useless and non inviting. There is rusty furniture and a joke for a grill.

It is great that it is easy to get a hold of someone from the company. They are attentive. The location is good. It is close to the beach and pier. You can walk to anyplace dowtown. For the price, the condition of the condo was okay. It is an older condo and it shows in the condition of the windows/patio slider and the bathrooms. The mattress I slept on was awful. They do have enough basics in the kitchen. The frying pans are very old and warped. There was toilet paper and paper towels.

Golf outing

A rather spartan apartment. The shower curtain was to short in with and to long in height requiring the person showering to step on the inside plastic curtain. There was hand soap but no shower soap or shampoo. The bedrooms had a bed a side table but no chest of drawers. I sent a message through VRBO to change the date of arrival and departure but never heard from them. I had to call the property manager to get it done. Rhere is no ice machine in the refrigerator

Furnit

The condo was clean and the renters were easy to get a hold of. The bedroom only had a bed and a side table, no additional furniture so your clothes had to be put on the floor. There was a closet in each room but one of them was locked and therefore unavailable. The written instructions on how to enter were incomplete. Although they provided a digital key code it neglected to mention you had to touch an additional key. I also think that the advertisement should mention there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. It wasn’t problem for us but it might pose a problem for someone with a mobile disability issue. It was nice to have a garage so our golf clubs could stay in the car.
