This serene and character-filled home has three bedrooms, is fully furnished and 100% ready for you. This 1100 sq. ft. property has been immaculately maintained and enjoys the added benefit of being in a peacefully quiet neighborhood. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home close to downtown Frisco, several golf courses, Dallas Cowboys at the Star or Ford Center, Stone briar mall, and several bars and top-rated restaurants.

All bedrooms were crafted to make your stay as comfortable and high quality as you deserve. The master bedroom counts with a king size bed, private bathroom, and 55’ Smart TV, while the other two feature queen and full-size beds with smart TVs and a shared bathroom.

The modern kitchen is complete and will make your culinary experience as enjoyable as your delicious meals! Everything you may want, and need is provided, including a movable island, all necessary appliances, kitchenware, and great cabinet space.

The place was very clean, modern and was in a great location. Lots of places to eat nearby, the neighborhood was quite and very nice parks close by. Everything was in great shape and worked flawlessly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good location in Frisco

Great place to stay if you plan for walks. Nice park nearby. House was clean and tidy and nice touches left for guests. Only downside was the mattresses not being our favorites.

Out of World Stay

We were looking for a place to stay for the 2024 total solar eclipse. We have a dog so needed a pet friendly house with a fenced yard. This place was perfect! The backyard is a cute outdoor living area. We spent a lot of time out there. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Just down the street is an amazing park with walking trails, sports, and epic playground. Definitely will go here again when stay in DFW!

Excellent Location in Quiet Neighborhood

Three elderly friends came for a football game and had a memorable time! A very clean and well maintained property with a very gracious and helpful host. The location is fantastic! A highlight was the 10 minute walk to Hutchins BBQ which has some of the best brisket in TX! Be sure to get a Texas Twinkie or three - a jalapeño stuff with cream cheese and brisket wrapped in bacon then smoked!! I'll definitely return!

Ten days in Frisco

Nice home, well maintained and clean. Everything worked just as advertised. No problem contacting the owner. We have only one suggestion and that is to remove one small chair and replace it with a small couch. We would, and probably will, stay there again.

It was small. Kitchen needed extras-/stopper for sink, cloths to wash and dry, cookie sheet , etc. Beds are very low.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment recently, & I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by its charm, comfort, & overall appeal. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, with a modern & tastefully decorated interior that immediately made me feel at ease. The living area was spacious and cozy, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and functionality. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. It was a joy to cook in such a well-organized space. It was an honor to host Joe and his family. Joe is every host dream guest. He followed the house rule to the dot, asked questions when he was not sure and kept the house in a very clean state. If he had not mentioned that there were two dogs, I would never have known they were dogs in the house. I will be happy to host Joe again and would also recommend him to other hosts.
