Gather used towels - place them in the bin in the laundry room, the wall marked with labels Turn things off- including lights & turn the air up to 75 in the warmer months & down to 67 in the winter
Throw trash away in the dumpster outside- clean food items in the fridge. More trash bags are in the laundry room Lock up- lock the back door, the front door locks automatically
Bedding- please remove all sheets and pillow cases from the used beds and place them in the marked laundry room bins Return the garage remote

I think the kitchen could be a little better appointed with dishes and such.The ceiling fans and air returns were super super dusty. But that's a quick fixThe host was just wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. I have absolutely no doubt these will be fixed instantly. I would definitely rent this house again.

Peaceful, Clean, and Perfect for Family Fun

We had a wonderful time! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The pool was a hit with the kids, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. We’d definitely come back again!

A Beautiful Stay for Me and My Granddaughter

My Granddaughter and I had such a special time here. The space was clean, peaceful, and felt like a true retreat. We shared laughter, late-night talks, and quiet mornings that we’ll both remember. Everything was just right—the home had all the comforts we needed, and the energy of the place was calm and welcoming. Grateful for this sweet spot to reconnect and unwind together.

Perfect for our family!

The property was perfect for our family of 4 ( 1 teen and 1 child). The pool was great for our needs and the mini arcade room was a big hit with the kids! This was our first time visiting Texas and the location of the house was very easy to get to/from a Rangers game, WNBA Wings game and The Star Cowboys tour. Grocery store and restaurants very close by for ease of picking things up. Great communication from the host and easy check-in/ check-out process. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful Texas experience!

Quick trip to Frisco

Whitney was very accommodating, allowed for an early check in, and was quick to respond to requests! Would recommended more cooking supplies (ie. frying/saute pans, cutting boards) and more Nespresso pods.

Close to home Christmas getaway

We needed a little getaway for a family Christmas since both of our houses were a mess from moving and just not festive this year. This VRBO was exactly what we needed! The host was incredibly responsive and gracious, making everything super easy. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly fit the 7 of us plus our 2 small dogs.The arcade was a massive hit—not just for the kids but for us 80’s babies too (because seriously, who can resist Pac-Man and old-school Nintendo?). It was such a fun, cozy experience, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!
