Step into this recently renovated, industrial-themed, 5-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home that also boasts two full kitchens, two living rooms, and two dining rooms. You'll find sleek finishes and a cool, urban vibe. Need to catch up on work? There are also three separate workspaces conveniently set up for your use. Retreat to the cozy bedrooms, where two bedrooms have King size beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has two queen beds, and the last bedroom has two full beds.

One of the highlights of this suite is the unique mural that adorns the backyard, creating a perfect backdrop for your vacation snapshots. Enjoy al fresco dining with seating for 12 and unwind around the fire pit under the stars. Kids can also enjoy a small playground. Please note the Trampoline is no longer there. It was broken by some previous guests.

Conveniently equipped with two laundry facilities and a multiple pack-n-play’s for families, this suite offers all the comforts of home. Off-street parking and self-check-in adds to the ease of your stay.

The house is spacious, nicely decorated, great little back area. Convenient to the National Park. Host was super nice and quick to respond.

This property is listed as sleeping 16, with the price listed. However once you arrive you will be charged extra for more than 7, even if they are children. It was a nice, clean home. But we were not happy with all the extra unexpected fees. Plus it’s a sketchy neighborhood.

Easy and spacious spot for 1-2 families!

We stayed here and traveled back and forth to Zion. Clean, lots of space that was very appreciate while on a road trip with 3 kids! A kitchen upstairs and down and washer dryer in both levels too. Super helpful! The house was a little hard to find but after a few passes we hit it. The grocery store is 3 min drive and river rock coffee drive thru was around the corner for easy coffee on the way to hiking. Also, river rock cafe (a separate spot with sit down) had pizza, beers and snacks with a beautiful view of the river/canuon. Highly suggest. We would stay again and hope to with friends!

This home has tons of space!! Very nice inside. Has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower. Lots of nice blankets and pillows. Very clean and well decorated. Great for a large group! I gave 4 stars for a few reasons. 1- it smells lightly of cigarette smoke, 2 - Although it says it sleeps 16 (it DOES! There is so much space!) but I was still charged an additional guest fee of $30 for my family of 9. That doesn’t make sense to me. There was way more space than we needed. Seems like an additional guest would be above the 16. 3 - I asked a couple times for a late checkout and never got a response. 4 - The can opener is stripped and doesn’t work. Luckily we brought our own 👌 Otherwise it was a beautiful home on the inside and a great place for us to spend the night! 😊

Hyper renter for one of the cheapest homes I've stayed in, ghetto neighborhood

This home is listed as 16 person. We had 9 but I guess I had posted 6 so he is charging me for the 3 I didn't enter in the computer. The renter is overboard, has messaged me twelve times, 4 before our ONE NIGHT STAY, we were literally in his home for about ten hours, 3 of which we were awake. Then several more messages after. Complaining about the TWO dishes we left next to the sink after washing them, then complaining that we plugged a sink, which my husband shaved his face then realized it wasn't draining. Not plugged by us. idn't launder

Short getaway

We were in town for a day trip to Zion. The unit location was perfect. Communication was fast and consistent, place was well stocked and very clean. We would certainly stay here again. Just wish we would have used the outdoor area!

Perfect Location for southern Utah exploring

We came down for a wedding in Virgin and this location was amazing. Nice clean property that has fun stuff for kids and everything you might need. (Stroller, high chair, pac n play, games etc) the backyard had a trampoline and small play set with a cute Zion mural. It was a great location for driving to Zion (about 30 minutes) or exploring the local area. We will for sure look to stay here again. Comfortable amenities, nice shower, washer and dryer, nice comfortable kitchen. Thank you so much!

Great family-friendly property

We had a great stay in April! The host was extremely accommodating and let us check in early and gave us some local recommendations, which were all terrific. We had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus since we were out exploring on a daily basis. The play set in the backyard, high chair, plastic silverware were all great for little kids. The location was accessible to the stores and dining in nearby Hurricane as well as just being 30 min out from Zion. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay in Southern Utah!

Our stay was good!

Our group of seven stayed for just one night while we visited Zion. It was a great little place- comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked and our kids loved the trampoline! We’d stay again!
