Everything was great overall! We had a tough time figuring out the pool temp controls because it seemed to have a mind of its own. But we thoroughly enjoyed the pool even though the power went out in the entire city for about an hour. Everyone said the beds were comfy and we all slept well! Others mentioned the pool heater being loud but it didn’t bother us since we sleep with white noise. It’s not really loud. Such a great place we will be doing it again!

We loved our stay here! Five dads on an hiking trip, but I’d be thrilled to bring my wife and kids back to stay here. Really amazing place, easy and pretty 30 minute drive from Zion N.P. entrance. Incredible value. Beautiful seven-bed, four-bedroom, three bath house, with a private enclosed backyard and decent views. The backyard has three great putting greens, cornhole, a grill and nice patio furniture, and a large, really nice, clean heated pool with a large hot tub in it, and nice gas firepit. We took advantage of all of it. Especially the pool and hot tub. Hung out by and in that a lot. A big sectional in the living room; big enough for all five of us men, comfortably. Really nicely furnished, comfortable place. Everything you need in the kitchen. Bunk beds are a little squeaky, but not bad. Fantastic place. We felt like we scored. If anything, the listing photos under-sell how nice it really is. An incredible value. And the hosts were awesome to deal with. Accommodating and responsive. I don’t usually leave reviews this long, but it really was that great.

We were extremely impressed with this home. It is not very often that the places you book are reflected so perfectly in the photos posted but this one was and it did not disappoint. Beautiful home, great location for Zion, and Red Sands made booking, check in and all commutations effortless. Highly recommend and would for sure stay again if we return to the area.

Great Place to Stay

The house was great. We really enjoyed the pool and spent most of our time outside swimming. The house was a great size and everything was clean and in good condition. Highly recommend booking here!

Beautiful and peaceful place

We highly recommend this property. Loved the location. The house is beautiful and decor was comfortable. Layout was very nice. Pool was awesome. Kitchen fantastic. Shower was amazing. Laundry room was so great too. Our only concern was the AC. It was set with a programmed temp that seemed to be hotter at night. We all had a difficult time sleeping. Waking up to thermostat saying 78 or 80 degrees. Then during day would be wonderful at 72. Not sure what was going on. We did not report this as everything else exceeded expectations. We kept hoping AC would improve. Definitely recommend five stars on this property as I know the AC can be re -programmed.

Hiking trip in Zion

Property was amazing. We were 5 adults celebrating a 50th bday. We hiked in Zion and Bryce Canyon and returned to this amazing property to swim in pool and use the hot tub. Kitchen well equipped. BBQ works great. Zero complaints. Comfortable bedrooms. Lots of room. Would strongly recommend property. Great communication with property manager. Property is 20min drive to Zion

La Verkin 2024

All we can say is WOW!! This property is better than the pictures!! Very well equipped, clean, comfortable beds and the outdoor pool, spa & putting green were all so much fun!! We gave up our planned day in Bryce just to enjoy the property and amenities!!! Close proximity to Zion and other fun places!! If we get the chance we would definitely stay here again!! We highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect for a family vacation

This place is amazing and one of the best put together rentals I’ve ever been in. Great location for Zion hiking. Hot tub was clutch for after a long day. The fire table is awesome too, and puts out a bunch of heat. We booked this place instead of 3 rooms at the La Quinta, saved $600, and had much better accommodations.

Amazing. Relaxing. Perfect.

I use STRentals frequently and this one far exceeded my expectations. For our group escaping from winters snow to enjoy a week in sun and hiking this was amazing. Close to Zions and other hiking areas we could rise with the sun and relax in the pool and spa to refresh our weary bones. The modern home is perfect for families or couples. The great room is perfect for entertainment or relaxation. The management team was superb, responsive, and the home well maintained.

A True Gem

Pros: The home was new, beautiful, and so spacious! It had an awesome backyard and we would have spent more time outside but we visited during winter so it was quite chilly. On that same note, we did take advantage of the heated pool and spa which were amazing.. It's also in a great location, conveniently located near gas stations, a market, and restaurants. Finally, the drive to Zion NP only took 25-30 minutes and was a very easy drive. Con's: We tried to check-in 2 hours early but never got a response from the management group. The pillows weren't the greatest but I loved the bed sheets. Our biggest problem was with the pool pump which was located right outside one of the master bedroom windows, it was annoyingly loud at night and actually prevented a restful night. I don't own a pool so I'm not sure if a pump should sound that loud but it was programmed to run at its highest setting between 10 pm and 6 am. If the owners can address the pump issue I would not hesitate to return.
